Number 1 SUV made!
We love our truck. Fits the whole family and the dog. Fun to drive!
First and Last Ford
at 58,000 miles my transmission went out and due to the fact that i did not have my transmission fluid replaced at 30,000 miles, the extended warranty that i had purchased through the ford dealerership by a third party company UNITED AUTO CARE, the extended warranty denied my claim. Several qualified sources have indicated to me that not changing the transmission fluid at 58,000 miles will cause this problem. And of course Ford washes their hands of the problem.

Not a bad choice....
I have had my Expedition from it's birth into this world. A great vehicle for moving stuff, people and pets. I have not had any major service issues though I find I am taking the vehicle in the shop more often after 50k miles. Taking the vehicle to the shop is really the main drag in owning this Ford. The service is atrocious at my local dealer EVERYTIME!!
buy a foreign vehicle.
put in new transmission at 58k. new front ball joints and my driver seat is now in need of repair. my first and last Ford
No major problems yet and 5 yrs old!
I really like my Expedition. I bought it with 3 miles on it and now with 110,000 miles I am still just as pleased with it. I plan to keep it as long as it runs.
