Used 2021 Volvo XC60 Consumer Reviews
Squeaky seat and other issues
Got a new XC60 T5 Inscription AWD. within two weeks, the driver seat started making a squeaky spring type noise and at 4000 miles it sounds like I’m sitting on an old mattress. Also, the windshield washing fluid was empty, and I’ve had my tire pressure light come on four times, having to pump air into the right front tire. One of the rear fog lights also came not working. In addition, you can only change the AC system and temperature via the electronic screen, but approximately three times now the screen has frozen and I have been unable to change the temperature. In addition, the doorhandles do not always work for locking and unlocking the car, and I never had this issue in my 2016 Toyota RAV4 limited. Further, I was driving in totally normal conditions at about 50 mph one time and the emergency brakes came on. It scared the hell out of me. I expect better at this price point.

Love my XC60
Chose the T8 hybrid - charging is easy, not fast, but easy. Have been able to get up to and over 1000 miles on one tank of gas, which for me is a win. Test drove Mercedes GLE, Audi (5,7&8), and Lexus and preferred the ride, power and feel of the Volvo. Factor in all the features and I’m a happy owner.

Total Lemon
I bought my XC60 a month ago and was so excited about it but it's turned out to be a total dud. Within a week, I was getting dashboard warnings for 12V System Service Required. The car has already spent 4 days out of service during 2 separate visits to the dealer to try to fix it. I've only had it back 3 days and the error has returned, indicating the electrical system is still not properly charging the battery. It's going back to the dealer ASAP but I no longer have any faith that they're going to fix the problem. I will probably end up having to hire an attorney and sue Volvo under Lemon Law for the total pile of junk they sold and the ridiculous amount of time that has gone into trying to get it fixed. Think long and hard about how much of a stomach you have for these headaches.

Really nice T6 Inscription
Researched all the competing SUVS in this class. Looking for upscale, comfortable and fun to drive. Also all the safety and convenience features. Absolutely love the comfortable seats and the surprising smooth power of the T6. Luxury meets comfort meets practical meets fun to drive in this car. And the sound system is amazing and such a nice plus. Beautiful inside and out.
The most unique vehicle in the class
The Polestar trim gives 415 HP and 494lb ft of torque while delivering 25-30 mpg? Drivers can charge battery while driving or hold the charge. I've never sat in a vehicle this regal with the best sound system anywhere. Sporty enough with emphasis on safety. The 22" wheels make it even funkier.
