This is the third VW Vanagon I've owned. Big inside. Well built and comfortable. None camper style has reasonable prices although camper ( Westfalia) and 4 wheel drive (Syncro) are expensive, all models are sought after and hold their value. Slightly under powered, essentially with automatic 3 speed transmission. Engines often switched to Subaru engines for increased power. Fun to drive. If well maintained, they are very reliable. I'll keep mine until the doors fall off.
