Avoid dealing with the used car department here at all costs!! Getting information from the salesperson after I committed to purchase was like pulling hen's teeth; the manager is a nice guy but the dealership does not seem to have their act together; I sat at the salesperson's desk waiting hours (while the salesperson worked with other customers) for delivery of a car that I was paying cash for (they told me they were "too busy"); and I'm still waiting 7 weeks later for a reimbursement they promised me that day. I gave a 2 star rating only because the price on the 2022 car I bought from them was fair. I'd never deal with this dealership again.

I enjoyed my experience with country chevy. Kirk Hughes made buying a truck easy and I would not hesitate to make the 14hr round trip to buy another vehicle. I was a little nervous about driving that far to get a truck but to my surprise there were no games or gimmicks. My truck was waiting out front for me gassed up and clean. Kirk was ready to take me for a test ride and the paperwork was easy. Everyone was very accommodating as I had my 12 yr old dog with me which was not an issue.
