2021 Chevrolet Tahoe
This is my 5th Tahoe LT ('03, '13, '17, '18, '21) and I was excited with my purchase back in July 2020, this LT model has been back to the dealership for issues more than the previous 4 combined. Now a failed software update has and will cause me to be without the infotainment system/ radio for up to 3 weeks if not longer,with the point of purchase or service dealerships or GM doing … little to address the inconvenience of my having purchased a brand new vehicle without the features that went into the decision to purchase. These reasons have lead my dissatisfaction and regret of buying the initial new model change. I'm hopeful that with my bringing the matter to GM that they will stand by their product and truly be concerned about customer satisfaction and appreciate customer loyalty with more than lip service. I'll send this review and keep you posted.
