Beautiful suv

2019 Lincoln Navigator
I've had this SUV for a year now and I drive it up and down steep, curvy mountains in PA often and drive 8+ hrs straight on trips. I love it. I've only had one issue so far, and it seems like it was a freak thing...the driver side door would not close during a cold winter day right after I got it. But Lincoln sent a tow truck (for free) to pick it up and they replaced the latch just in … case. The seal must have froze, which has never happened to any of my cars without rain, ice or snow involved. It was a dry day, so not sure how it happened; faulty seal? I love driving this thing, you sit very high up, like a typical large truck and the seats are SOOO comfy. The front seats massage and are heated, with soft leather. So nice. And the controls are intuitive, easy to change settings, and just very nicely organized. We use the back seat row all the time...it's good for constant use for adults. They're not "just in case" seats to use occasionally like other SUVs. The rear could use better suspension, I think they improved this on the newer models. You feel the motion in the back more than middle or front seats. Not a place to be if you get car sick. A big down side of having a Lincoln is the service department was terrible at my dealer. Was NOT luxury treatment. For a car this expensive, I expected better service. On the physical side, the storage is limited...the trunk size in this non-L version is tight. I have to put back seats down constantly to haul ANYTHING. I went from a Honda Odyssey to this, and I miss that trunk space. But this SUV is powerful and very pretty. Great safety features, fun to drive, very fast, nice sound system, good tow capacity. Love it.
