Used 2007 Toyota Tundra Regular Cab Consumer Reviews
Darn good truck
Just got the truck 4 days ago, 250 miles on it. Breaking it in easy, but you can tell it has the power to do any job required. Rides like a car, quiet and smooth. Fits in the barn (9' garage door) but just fits. Looking forward to a long relationship with this truck.
Great Ride
I'm really enjoying this truck. The ride is very comfortable and the power of the 5.7 is fabulous. It is the quickest vehicle I have driven in years. There are a couple of annoyances, the seat belts chimes if not buckled and the doors lock automatically. The doors are too large. You need two parking spaces just to get them open. There is plenty of room behind the seat but it could be utilized better for instance hooks to hang bags on. The one clothes hook is behind the drivers seat which blocks your view and there isn't one on the other side which would be the better location. No vanity mirror for passenger. Interior plastics are low end looking. With all that said I love it!

Delighted with my purchase
I bought the truck because of Toyota's legendary reliability and my success with previous Toyota trucks. Not one problem so far. This truck is a blast to drive. I drove all brands of trucks before my purchase just to make sure I wasn't being biased. The Tundra simply "fit" me better than any other full-size truck.
Muscle Truck
I two a 10,000 lb trailer on a regular basis. My previous truck was a Ford with a 460 V8. The Tundra 5.7 bets it hands down in power and economy. I have never owned a p/u in my 35 years of driving that is as powerful as this one. It is amazing. I regularly get 20 mpg driving 55 mpg empty highway miles. Around town is 14 mpg and pulling a loaded trailer at 55 mpg gets me 14 mpg. I use regular gas and everything factory.
Great Truck for the long haul
Bought the truck and drove it gently for 700 miles, then took it cross country, from Kansas through the Pacific Northwest. Truck drove great, got 17.5 mpg avg. Truck was empty westbound and had a load (approx 1,000 lbs) eastbound. Drove the same empty and loaded. My wife and I both felt that it was a great ride, didn't get the economy of our Prius, but it handled the load that the Prius couldn't. We are both very happy with this truck.
