Used 2016 Toyota Prius Hatchback Consumer Reviews
Prius Praise
It's easy to drive, comfortable, and fairly sporty! We've been getting about 59 miles to the gallon without even trying. It has PLENTY of power, even going up steep mountain roads. The dashboard and connectivity technology is outdated and is too cartoonish. Luv it tho!

Super Prius
It's all about MPG and comfort. Both interior and exterior redesign exceed expectations. MPG is well above the posted ones.

Greatly improved mileage over 2014 Prius 2
New design greatly improves Fuel mpg, averaged 48 on 2014 Prius 2, have gotten almost 70 mpg non highway, frequently over 60mpg driving 100 miles to work, combo rural and interstate, current average is 58.6 for all miles driven a 20% improvement over the 2014 Prius 2 I owned. Advanced Technology package well worth it, Active cruise control, collision avoidance, lane departure correction. AND the only way to get a moon-roof which I hope will improve resell value as it is only offered on model 3 and 4 !

Best Car I Have Ever Owned
I took one test drive and knew this was the car for me. Several years ago we drove a Prius hybrid rental and liked it, but it wasn't anything special. As soon as I started driving the 2016 Prius I was enjoying the ride, even in rush hour traffic. It handled easily, provided a smooth ride, easily kept pace with traffic, both slow and fast and was quiet. I bought it that night. The gas mileage is exceeding what I was expecting for combined street and highway driving. Even my husband can drive it. He is 6' 5" and the joke has always been we had to try on cars rather than picking the one we wanted, we had to take the one that he could get into whether it was comfortable or not. Even with the moon roof, his head does not bump the top of the car. I can get 3 dog kennels in the back and still have room for luggage. AND it also fits into our garage even with the full size van, freezer and storage in the front part of the garage.

Perfect sporty hybrid/poor music quality
I love this vehicle, even from coming from a new explorer previously. Gas usage and fill up cost is amazing. I average 54.4mpg with lots of driving. I love the interior two toned leather seats. The touchscreen is easy to figure out. My kids have plenty of leg room. The engine is very quiet. The ride is very smooth. Trunk space is great. My only negative is that this vehicle comes across as a sporty hybrid but the sound system is very poor quality for it.
