Great car for the money. Traded my 2013 Scion FRS in for Prius II. Looks great, decent interior, a lot of interior space, GREAT MPG, and thus far maintenance-free. Acceleration is decent. I mean, it's no sports car! I spend between $22-40 on gas every month. It saves me a ton of $$$$$! I have no regrets at all and totally recommend it.

Poor interior engineering, cheap plastics, cheap fabric

Interior engineering was not well thought out and is deficient in many areas relative to comparable cars. Insufficient storage compartments. The large storage area under the "bridge" is awkwardly placed and leaves objects exposed. Access to seat heater switches and the 12-volt auxiliary input under the bridge is inconvenient and a potential safety issue if you reach for them while driving. The console storage is large and deep, which means that you must pile up objects on top of each other. The USB port is inconveniently located near the bottom of the console storage, so there is the likelihood that the USB drive will break due to contact with the storage contents. Seats lack lumbar support.

Carried four men, probably about 1,000 total pounds at 95 mph no problem and still got 45+ mpg and all were very comfy. What more can you ask for?

This vehicle made me so happy I bought a second Pruis within a month of each other. I traveled a lot by road and needed good mileage per gallon and dependability the Prius gave me this and more. I bought a second one for my wife. I traded one in with 34000 miles for a 2017 Lexus and got $12000 for it. I still have the other Prius, a Great Little Car!!!!!!

We loved the mileage - 30,000 miles average 42.7 miles to the gallon on regular. We hadn't anticipated that we would take it on long trips, but have ended up doing so as the car operates so efficiently. We had been told it didn't have any acceleration when getting on a freeway. Not True. He have never felt that there wasn't additional power when we asked for it. Finally with the fold down back seats we have been able to transport all sorts of things that we hadn't expected would fit.
