Loved My Highlander
We purchased the Highlander right before a big snowstorm last year and it immediately proved it's worth. Though our street went unplowed for almost a week, we were out driving every day. It handled great! We recently sold the Highlander because with another baby on the way, we decided to move into the realm of minivans and got an '04 Sienna. But we were very pleased with the resale value on the Highlander, and would have been happy to keep it if we could afford payments on two new cars.
great overall crossover
I love this SUV, it has power to spare and spacious front and rear seating. It also handels great in deep snow and in rain

BEST SUV I've ever owned!!
My last 2 SUVS were Jeep Grand Cherokees. I never thought I'd drive anything else. A friend recommended the Toyota Highlander and I went for a test drive. Not only did it drive MUCH better than the Jeep, the interior was more attractive, the seats folded down much easier and the price was WELL below that of Jeep Grand Cherokee. I also can't say enough about Toyota of Westport. They were incredible..helpful, knowledgeable and extremely consumer friendly. I LOVE my Highlander and I am delighted with it's performance.
Marsha's Ride
Highlander is a super ride!!! Two kids, a husband, and being able to take our dog were the reason for looking at an SUV. Pilot's were pricey and little dealing. My Camry was great and wanted Toyota quality. 4 Banger is great, just put your foot in it. Snow in St. Louis was a great work out for AWD and ECT switch. 75-80 MPH no sweat on I-70, buy and enjoy.
New owner - V6 AWD Base HL
Could not be more pleased with this purchase. The Highlander is our second Toyota purchase this year [we bought a Sienna in February] and glad we went with the HL. We considered many other vehicles: Honda Pilot, Nissan Pathfinder and the Outback wagon to name a few. None stacked up to the Highlander, plus we got it at invoice.
