Well, this is Tesla # 3 purchase - that’s over $150k in cars. We just left the location in Tigard and we’re recommended to not take delivery based on the condition of the vehicle. Before we drove an hour and a half we were told that all the vehicles are pre-inspected and used car certified. This car had several major issues, including undisclosed body damage. I’ve bought and sold over 60 vehicles and understand there will be issues. Every other dealership I’ve dealt with goes above and beyond to put the customer first. Unfortunately, Tesla does not. They do offer plenty of “sorry“ and even smile when they say it which appears odd. Bottom line, don’t expect to be valued or appreciated or taken care of if you need Customer Service and you’ll be fine.

Unfortunately, the car did not live up to my expectations. I’ve had several issues, including a faulty glove compartment, accent lights that don’t work properly, and loose speaker covers. I noticed these problems the day after I left the dealership, meaning they came from the factory like this. For the price of this vehicle, I expected much better quality control. I cannot recommend this car based on my experience.

We have a two month old Tesla Y launch edition. Drives beautifully have been very impressed and then the charger port cover fell off. I discovered it was stuck on the double sided tape. What else in the car is held together this way?
