2006 Scion xB 4dr Wagon (1.5L 4cyl 4A)

This car is bigger on the inside than it is on the outside. Entry and exit are easier than anything I have owned since 1952. Its rear seat leg room is great. The four cylinder engine has adequate power to keep up with the traffic and the gas mileage is a very nice, 31 around town. This is a keeper.

I have had my xB for a year now with 12,000 miles on it, so this review has substance. So far the car has been flawless as far as reliability and nothing breaking even with a 5 and 16 year olds jumping all over the back. Here are some of the highlights of this car: 1) MPG of course averaging 33 combine daily commuting and weekend driving. 2) commanding view with comfortable seating. Can see traffic ahead. 3) room for 4 teenagers that needs to be driven everywhere. 4) Agile (sporty) handling. For the price there is no complaint if you are looking for a commuter car and trips to the local grocery and malls this is all you need. I wish I could take it on a cross country trip with my family.

function, style and personality, all "boxed" up. Get the Manual, it's alot more fun to drive, and at only 108hp, the stick makes you think you have more. Currently 36 MPG and it's not broken in yet. Plenty of room for 4, but better yet, put the rear seats down and 2 big dogs each have their own snorkling window. Standard features are un-parallelled at this price point. Plenty of add ons available to customize. Quality is typical of toyota (solid)!.

The 2006 Scion xB is an outstanding vehicle for the money. It handles quite nicely and gets great gas mileage. I have been averaging 32 mpg. in the city and on the highway combined. I have no regrets in purchasing the vehicle and have heard countless positive comments from friends and others about the car. Many have told me that you get a lot of car of the money and since it's made by Toyota, it will be a reliable car.
