We have a 2015 Ram 2500 with 67,000 miles on it that is currently in the shop because the AC was not working. The dealer service department is telling us the compressor needs replacing and so does the condenser, with a price tag of 2300.00. I’m furious that that manufacturer seems to think this is happens sometimes. My question to anyone reading this is this ridiculous with only 67,000 miles or am I expecting more from a 2015 truck with such low miles.

I bought a top-of-the-line 2015 ram 2500 turbo diesel 4x4 Laramie limited leather interior 6.7 l pickup truck new in December 2014. It has been a workhorse and a solid and good looking truck.
