What a disappointing POS

Nissan No More, 06/22/2025

I wanted to like this vehicle, but I'm resigned to regard it as a colossal POS. I regret buying it. The technology is overly intrusive and controlling. Whomever decided at Nissan that people are so stupid that they need a machine to make basic decisions for them is a complete idiot. I don't know if all of the "safety features" are the product of choices by engineers or marketers, but this thing is a daily annoyance to drive. Things as simple as cruise control don't work correctly. The digital dash never displays what I want it to on startup - it's always something irrelevant that some brilliant engineer decided a driver must see instead of the display a driver wants. After nearly 10,000 miles I'm taking it to a dealer to demand all of these "bells and whistles" be disabled. Even the tailgate "foot wave" opener is stupid (never works when I need it, but opens when I don't want it to). Things turn on when they weren't supposed to, didn't work when they were needed. An amazingly stupid vehicle for having so much "smart technology." I'll take a vehicle with manual roll-up windows and a basic heater/ac over this thing.

I had many Nissan cars & SUVs with no, to minor issues or recalls. 24 hours are not enough to provide an honest review. I am falling in love with that SUV so far.
