Used 2015 Mercedes-Benz GLK-Class SUV Consumer Reviews
Glad I was able to find this car
This car stopped production in 2015. Too bad. I love the look and performance. Just the right size.

Best quality and durability
I bought a 2015 Mercedes-Benz GLK-Class with more than 140,000 miles on it, that one of the best cars I have ever driven, comfortable, smooth, strong, luxurious and looks like new. I still drive it until now had never been any issues. I want realy to thanks whom made it.

BEST LOOKING BENZ SUV
These are super looking cars with its classic sharp edge design. The new ones are rounded off and boring.

Never Again for German Engineering
Steering column will not adjust up or down. This is a power titt and the dealer says we have to pay to maintain the lubrication. I've been a service director for Honda,Toyota and Acura. Without a doubt the German engineers need to visit Japan. We have to remove most of the front fender to replace a headlight bulb.....absolutely ridiculous. Four words for this car....For Sale...Never Again. Back to Acura and Infinity.

Not the worst vehicle I've owned, but close.
The Mercedes Benz GLK350 is overpriced, overrated, unreliable and expensive to maintain. Mine has less than 30,000 miles and just 5 years old. It has been to the dealer for repairs more than any other vehicle I've owned, ever. Taking it to the dealer does not mean they know what they are doing, just that you will pay more. This Mercedes is very well kept, maintained and used. It looks brand new, inside and out; even the engine bay is pristine. The first month, it was the lights, needing the ECM re-programmed; and the steering column, locked in a truck driver position. Shortly after that, one of the TPMS sensors, which required changing but for which there was no part. Then, the steering column again (second time). Then, another re-programming of the ECM needed. Around the same time, the steering wheel starts to fall apart, to which I am told it's because it is made with the finest leather. Right before the warranty expired, the steering column again (third time). Soon after the warranty expired, the passenger visor breaks; mind you, it is never touched. In the past month, the front end starts falling apart, the driver's side window breaks, a wheel speed sensor needs replacing and, last, apparently needs a new engine now. As if all that was not bad enough, the factory tires lasted all of 18,000 miles, the brakes need re-doing every 15,000 to 20,000 miles. And, it requires premium gas for an under-powered engine that strains to move the vehicle. Unfortunately, the depreciation is so bad I'd get next to nothing for it, compared to what it cost. If you see one used, run from it. It is an endless money pit that will leave you stranded often. Update : after 7 years of ownership (already paid for), still fragile, unreliable & expensive to maintain.
