Good but better alternatives
I financed a used 2011 C350 in April 2018. Not bad but the alternatives ( BMW 3 Series, Audi A4 and Infiniti G37) are better. Straight-line driving and highway coasting is very smooth, however this car lags at stoplight acceleration. Turning the steering wheel feels numb and heavy as the power steering is slow to adjust to constant turns and twists. Brisk handling is nowhere close to a BMW or Audi. Toyotas and Hondas always fly by me. The heavy weight of the C-Class greatly diminishes the 268-hp output. Very cramped inside, definitely not for 3 or 4 passengers unless you have two little kids riding. Bluetooth is for phone calls only, not music streaming. The MB-Tex faux leather is easier to clean than real leather and doesn't crack with age, but gets extremely HOT in the summer time. No power folding mirrors. Seat bottoms are flat and not meant for long interstate rides. There is no storage for sunglasses, only the tiny center console which can barely fit my wallet. The only cool features are the remote power windows/sunroof using your key fob, the multiple airbags, the multi-adjustable power seats, the in-dash DVD player, and the glove box which can be cooled like an ice box. Other than that, I should have purchased a 335i.

Luxurious ride and powerful acceleration.
My 2011 C300 Sport has 178,000 km on it and still runs as smooth as butter. Despite it being an entry level car into Mercedes, and almost 11 years of age from the time of this writing, it still surprisingly delivers a modern and sophisticated design and engineering that still catches people's eyes all the time. Its acceleration is very smooth and quick, definitely feels quicker than 228 horsepower. Feels like high-end v6 engine accelation power that comes from a G37 or IS250, but with more fuel efficiency (3.0L). This engine's acceleration power and response has put up a real challenge for cars on the road from my experience driving this car. If you want this car to be comfortable, quiet and get a reasonably luxurious feeling, this car can also provide that sensation. It comes with comfortable seating infrastructure, smile-creating interior design, efficient heating/cooling system, smooth 7-speed automatic transmission experience, and astounding Harmon/Kardon sound system. (Navigation and DVD system may be available depending on the packages in the C300). Overall, if you're looking for an affordable entry-level luxury/sports car that you can add into your life, have reasonable maintenance expenses, have solid reliability scores, and get looks from people all the time, this is definitely the right car for you. In my opinion, it would be more preferable to pick over the 3-Series or the A4 for the year of 2011. Definitely more preferable than JDM luxury car manufacturers for 2011 as well as it holds the most impeccable engineering out of all.

Great looking sport model
Stiff ride may deter some drivers. More than adequate power. Best fuel economy at highway speeds. Poor mileage in stop and go driving. Quiet cabin, interior appointments as expected for the C. Open moonroof air defkector very effective in keeping cabin quiet at highway speeds. More stylish and aerodynamic apoearance than post-2013 models, in my opinion.

Still going strong
This is my 1st MB, and I will definitely consider another one. It has been very reliable and a joy to drive.
Love It!!
Just bought my 2011 used with only 6700 miles feels like a brand new car. I can honestly relate to people who say driving this car makes them feel like a better person. I've owned BMW and Cadillac and this car turns just as many heads as my 7 series did.
