still love it after all of these years
Bought it new in 01 and have about 105000 miles on it. I still love it! It's a sharp looking car and extremely comfortable, even for someone pretty large (6'2", 300) No major repairs, just fairly normal maintenance. The steering wheel that automatically raises when you take the key out and lowers to your pre-selected driving position when you put the key in is getting fussy in cold weather and stays in the up position, but I've simply turned off the auto feature for the winter and will reset come springtime. I'll keep her until she falls apart around me.
don't buy this car
don;t buy buy a mazda millenia , i got this car brand new and after 2 years i had the engine light on so every times is a new problem w this horrible car ,trams, censors, power doors , leaks, and all kind of problems i sold my mazda to junk for 300 cause i dint wanna pay more money , buy a honda or toyota ,
Unbeatable for the take home price
This is a vehicle with a elagant and unique look. I quite often recieve favorable comments and questions regarding the car. I bought a fully loaded black/silver s model with spoiler,cd changer and everything else for 26,800. Seems like a steal compared to the Lexus, Acura and Infiniti the Millenia is always compared against. It has performed very well and except for resale value (no problem since I love the car), I am completely satisfied.
great car
have owned cadillacs, lincoln, bmw, acura and many others. leased this car for 3 yrs, was tired of high priced cars that did not live up to thier expectations. loved it so much i purchased it after lease. great price and lots of bang for your buck. Never been to the dealer, only oil changes and new tires, and brakes after 40k miles.
One Sweet Car!
Quite possibly the most enjoyable car, overall, I have driven in 30 years. For starters, my all-black car is beautiful, with sleek and subtle lines, perfect wheels and low, wide tires. It's quiet and happy on highways, handles great on curves. Interior is tasteful, functional, virtually flawless. I'd like maybe a bit more lumbar support in adjustable driver's side. Enthusiasts might find the center hump interferes with spirited driving. My elbow hits it regularly. All-in-all, truly classic and classy. Wish they'd bring it back! My dad recently leased an '05 Mercedes E320 and is so overwhelmed with the superfluous technology that he'd rather trade with me! Seriously!
