This is one of the best car i ever bought. It's incredibly good performance, slick, compact fast and very fuel efficient at 28/40 mpg! that's amazing. It has all the technologies in it "skyactive" there's nothing more i can ask for.

The car gets better gas mileage on the highway than the EPA estimates. It handles like a sports car. The only downsides are a small back seat and more road noise at 70 mph than I wish.

These are more driver oriented than most of the competition and I'm extremely satisfied with the car, its driving dynamics and overall quality. Owned since new, now at 135k miles. Upgraded to 16x8 wheels and 225 aspect ratio tires which improved cornering but took away a little mpg. Prior to that 39 on Interstate was common. The only negative would be road noise. The Continental tires improved that but the car is still noisy as with most modern budget oriented cars today. Otherwise it has been very reliable and the ONLY item replaced to date, besides maintenance items has been the battery. Original brake pads, clutch, alternator, sensors, everything! This replaced my 2000 Protege with 247k miles and I'm a big Mazda fan so if you're considering one for yourself, I recommend driving one and if you like it, buy it.

Leased this car brand new in July of 2013. Have almost 40 thousand miles on it and I love it! It's sporty, roomy, comfortable, great stereo, phenomenal fuel economy! I have to say this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. It's great on long trips and very comfortable, the car handles great on the highway and around town. The absolute best feature of this car is the consistent 30+ mpg it gets! I would highly recommend this car for anyone who's looking for a sporty, safe, reliable vehicle with great fuel economy.
