Pure
The base level Pure will be available later in 2022. It uses a single motor that drives the rear wheels and is powered by an 88-kWh battery pack. The combo has a total output of 480 horsepower and an Lucid-estimated 406 miles of range. Other feature highlights include:

• Blind-spot monitor with rear cross-traffic alert (warns you if a vehicle is in your blind spot during a lane change or while in reverse)
• Blind-spot camera (displays an image of the vehicle's blind spot in the instrument panel when you activate a turn signal)
• Lane keeping system (makes minor steering corrections to help keep the vehicle centered in its lane)
• Parking sensors (alert you to obstacles that may not be visible in front of or behind the vehicle when parking)
• Automated parking system (steers into a parking spot with little or no driver intervention)

Touring
The Touring model uses the same battery pack but adds even more features, including:

Grand Touring
The Grand Touring trim essentially replaces the Dream Edition as all of the latter are sold out. It includes a larger 112-kWh battery pack with an estimated 516 miles of range. Other features include:

• 21-inch wheels
• Upgraded audio system
• DreamDrive Pro
• Lucid promises it will update this feature in the future with more advanced driver aids systems. It's currently not in use.

Dream Edition Range
Both versions of the Dream Edition have been sold out for 2022, though you can put your name on a wait list. The Dream Edition Range and its 118-kWh battery pack offer the most range of the Air lineup: an EPA-estimated 520 miles of range with 19-inch wheels. We saw 505 miles in Edmunds' range testing. Standard features on the Dream Edition Range include:

• Upgraded leather upholstery

Dream Edition Performance
Lucid's performance model promises to be one of the quickest on the road. It uses the same battery as the Range but increases power to 1,111 hp and includes forged 21-inch wheels with performance tires as standard equipment. Features otherwise mirror those on the Dream Edition Range.
