Used 2023 Lincoln Navigator Consumer Reviews
Most comfortable suv
Pros: holds lots of people and luggage, the most comfortable and quiet ride, lots of bells and whistles. Fun to drive Cons: satellite map system commonly sends me the wrong or longest way, Lincoln doesn’t stand behind the pickup/delivery/loaner service, tires were only black for one day, not enough tint in front windows and windshield.

Love the look and the tech but has lots of problems; Custom ordered the Nav in the nautical blue with the Black Label Package and it looks/drives great when it is; Within the first year of ownership the leather wore off on the drivers side door and the piping on the leather drivers seat and both had to be replaced. Since then I've had a number of electrical issues which have required the dealership to come and pick it up for service, the latest of which going to require a part that I was told wouldn't be in until December (it's September) AND will require I drive back to the dealership bi-weekly to get my oil topped off (a 25 - 60 minute drive depending upon traffic). This clearly is NOT performing to the hype and my expectation of a vehicle of this price, similar to that of the Rovers. Not good Ford, not good!

waited 4 months drove it for 2 days and...
I ordered 2023 Lincoln Navigator Reserve L for my fleet in early September 2022. The car was delivered to us on January 3rd 2023. It is a second Navigator in our fleet as we own 2020 with same trim and we love it. By January 5th I drove the car for bout 280 miles and went to the airport for client pick up. turned off the car and when client was ready I was trying to start the car. I tried every option with help of the dealer and car failed to start with the fab. It started with the Lincoln app but would not go into the gear. I was told by the dealer to tow the car back to them Once at the dealership a Lincoln service foreman and director of service briefly checked my brand new car and couldn't figure out what is wrong with it. I was provided a 2019 loaner from Enterprise (pretty beat up) Initially I was mad than I started to laugh as that's not what do you expect from buying a $105,000 car that lasts less than 300 miles. As of today I am still driving the rental and Im in mercy of local Lincoln dealer when and if they will run deeper diagnostics on my Brand New Car, I am very disappointed that I waited 4 months for vehicle that I love and it lasted 2 days.

Over Priced for what was offered.
This is my second Navigator. My first was 2018. I waited over a year and a half to get this new Black Label Model which listed for $106,485. Ride is very luxurious and a boulevard ride. Certainly not a European ride. Interior is very comfortable and well appointed. However, it seems to have been detailed with less quality than my 2018 model. Although there are a few more options offered on this model the use of those options are in a place difficult to implement. The message option if on the road is difficult to use. The trunk button is non-descript. Reading the cruise control and other buttons while driving is difficult because of the size print. The new phone call button is not simultaneous. One needs to be a Purdue Engineering school graduate to figure out all of the seat adjustments. The radio and all of its options are a challenge. Probably the biggest surprise was the 10 speed transmission. It jumps into gear and the smooth shifting is gone. In reverse the transmission makes a high pitched whine. The driver side doors are not flush. Disgraceful! Did I mention that this car listed for over $106 G’s! I don’t engineer cars but I do drive them. I know what I like and what I do not like. Quality of my unit is below average.

Great SUV
I have had MB, GM Tahoe and Escalade and Ford Expedition and Explorer and 3 Navigators and the new Navigators beats all hands down. Seats, engine and room plus a systems and at good price for quality. All is good but the recall caused major problem as they didn't get fixed right and left off seal and 120 miles out of town and had to get towed back to dealer. Other than that great.
