Owners Say
Overall, the 2025 Lincoln Nautilus has mixed reviews from owners. Positives include its sleek design, comfortable seats, smooth ride, and impressive technology features. However, many owners report problems with the car's electronics, notably the touchscreen freezing and battery issues, along with unpleasant driving experiences like rattling noises and troublesome brakes. The disappointing experience with Lincoln's customer service and frequent need for repairs also contribute to a negative sentiment for some owners.

2024 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve 4dr SUV AWD (2.0L 4cyl Turbo 8A)
Bought car in April, 2024. Noticed brakes draggin withn the first couple of months. Car battery died and was towed to dealer for repairs 4 times since purchase. Last time it died and was towed was Nov 18, 2024. Today, is Dec 29, 2024 and it is still there without any updates to us or sign of fixing it. Just made 2nd car payment while car is sitting dead at the dealers. My kids … cars are at least 10 years old and they are driving their old cars everyday. Lincoln should be embarrassed or at least reach out to customers with these problems for update or show some kind of customer service instead we are just stuck and left on our own, and have to keep making car payments for NOTHING. (PS, Initially I loved this car)
