Leather dashboard came apart
I stand by my comments below. Lexus customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. Starting at the top all the way down to the dealer level. Update for 6/2024, my dashborad is bubbling and ripping apart. The management team at Lexus was not supportive with my defective dashboard. I took the car into a local Lexus dealer and the estimate is - for the dashboard the cost is $16,000.00 and installation is another $2,500.00. I emailed the CEO Scott Thompson (no reply) and others and only one Dejuan Ross replied (well not him his secretary) and basically she was not truthful and refused to discuss the defective dashboard. She did not know what model LS 600hL she was discussing. The car is nice the management team is lacking - in all areas.
