Luxurious fun
This is my second premium car. I used to own a 2010 Acura TL. This Lexus is luxurious and sporty fun from the minute you hit the gas. Smooth as silk and you can't beat these seats. So soft! Can't beat the cost of ownership down the road compared with the rivals in this class.

IT IS NOT A 6 SECOND 0-60!!
They are wrong for stating this, I have a 2022 IS350 and have cleared a 0-60 in the low 5s especially in manual mode. Sure, it can definitely use more power if comparing to the competitors, but their review is so off. It is a fast and fun ride that turns heads

Has more than enough to get you a ticket.
I have only had my 2022 Lexus IS350 F sport for 2 days. This is a very nice car if you get all the options. The car drives great and has plenty of horsepower. Now it's not my 625 horsepower Roush Mustang but this is a beautiful upper end car.

So called Outstanding Lexus Customer service
So called Outstanding customer service! Disappointed Lexus customer... 1st correspondence Hi i am writing because I am extremely disappointed in Lexus and your teams assessment of my 2021 IS 350. I've owned three Toyota's in my lifetime and they were some of the best vehicles I've owned. I bought my Lexus new in 2021 and noticed a smell in the cabin shortly after my purchase. I took it in in March 2022 to Crown Lexus in Ontario Ca. and was told it was because the car was new but would go away. It progressively got worse especially when I step on the gas hard. I took it in numerous times. The last being it October 2024 I had to take it back twice because it was actually embarrassing and upsetting my new car had this sulfur smell come out of the vents. The service manager at Crown stated their was a bulletin stating this was occurring in some IS 350 models. However, their is nothing they could do. I was in contact with Lexus customer service the entire time this was occurring and they were just giving me the run around. During the time I left my car at Crown Lexus for a week. I got my car back dissatisfied because the smell was still their. I'm sorry but I did not buy a luxury $50k dollar car for it to smell horrible at times when I step on the gas. I just got the correspondence back today after sending numerous email and call customer service back about my concerns and it stated their was nothing Lexus could do for me. How is this possible when your employee at crow Lexus stated himself their is a bulletin about this concern. I am so disappointed with Lexus/Toyota.. Your mission statement states: to create.... with exceptional customer experiences. Well you and your team feel 2nd correspondence: I received a call from one of your executive assistants today. They explained yes their is a bulletin for this concern, but it suggest I use a different blend of gas to help this problem. How does a car maker even say this with a straight face? I was told that at one of my numerous visits by a service manager. I have tried a different source to get my gas and its still occurs not to mention the fact I live in California where gas regulations are unreal. We probably have the cleanest gas around ! I honestly can't believe a Lexus executive said they way to fix this concern is for me to use different gas... Really which one Shell, Chevron, Exxon, who?? You must be kidding me I already use premium gas 91 octane usually from Costco or shell but I need to changes it i hopes my car won't smell anymore when I drive it. That's and asinine statement. So when I bought the car it should have stated somewhere you must only use these particular gas stations or your car will smell. This seems like a engineering concern that Lexus should fix or replace with a car that does not do this. I so confused by the Lexus corporation because that statement alone is unacceptable and not a solution to the problem. So just to clarify Lexus knows their is a problem and the way to fix it is to go to different gas stations until is stops occurring. What happened to the Toyota/"Lexus" I remember as a kid in 70's/ 80's that dominated engineering and fixing the American car's problems. The Toyota my father and grandfather could not deny anymore because Toyota did it better and cheaper! Has this gone by the waist side? I'm sorry it's not fair for me to have to go through arbitration or worse a lawyer. This is a problem identified by Lexus and should be covered by my warranty/ extended warranty. I have a copy of the Lexus bulletin I can attach to the review !!!
