2024 Jeep Grand Wagoneer L

After three decades of being on hiatus, Jeep revived the Wagoneer model name in 2022. The truck-based SUV was significantly larger than the Grand Cherokee, but with the existence of even bigger rivals like the Chevrolet Suburban and Ford Expedition Max, there was still room to grow the Wagoneer family. Enter the Wagoneer L, which is a full foot longer than the standard version and provides much more cargo space. In many three-row SUVs, the rearmost seats are often best used for smaller passengers, and only occasionally. The Jeep Grand Wagoneer L holds a strong advantage in regard to power, towing and interior space when compared to other large luxury SUVs, though the Lincoln Navigator comes close. That list of advantages could tip the scales in the Grand Wagoner L's favor for some shoppers. But for those prioritizing luxury and refinement over interior space and off-road adventures, a few models may be a better choice. The Mercedes-Benz GLS is one of the more opulent alternatives, along with the BMW X7 and Cadillac Escalade.
