This review is for the Cherokee Trailhawk. What a great car and value! Drives amazingly well both on and off-road, classy and comfortable interior, and lots of storage space. Would recommend this car to anyone who wants a car that's both fun and practical to drive anywhere!

Haters gotta hate.

This is my third Cherokee. Obviously I believe Jeep delivers a great product for your money. There are always going to be those people who hate whatever they choose. You can see one star ratings in every make and model. I have never had any issues with my Jeeps other than they just get to old and worn out. Yes the 2.4L is a four cylinder, what do you expect? A 800hp outlaw dirt track racer. Do your research. If this isn't for you get something else. If the sales numbers come in like they more than likely will, Jeep will have out sold its competitors for the fifth year in a row. My wife loves the new Cherokee. The kids love it. When its time to go somewhere its " Dad can we take the Jeep?"

Niche SUV--Large Interior/Smaller Body

Rockinroller, 02/22/2016

2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited 4dr SUV 4WD (2.4L 4cyl 9A)

This is for the 2016 Limited 3.2 pkg. Shopped the market segment (Ford Escape, Dodge Journey) and ended with this as a 2-year lease as our daily driver. The Cherokee fits into a needed niche for SUV folks: small enough to park and maneuver easily, but large enough (inside) to not feel like a compact SUV (like the Escape). The leather interior is soft and supple, yet rugged. Complaints: (1) where's the inside rear hatch release button? Please, FCA: tell me there is one (on a $36,000-MSRP vehicle). There's apparently only one way to open the rear hatch and that's by feeling around with your middle three fingers under the rear portion of the hatch door and depressing a 4" wide, flush with the surrounding surface, release "button". And to further compound the annoyance of this feature, the locking mechanism (that locks all 5 doors) is nearby, so if you hit the wrong button you have to pull the key FOB out and start all over; (2) the "auto stop" SUCKS! I didn't research this vehicle enough before selecting it and had I known about that "feature" it definitely would have deterred my interest in going this route. Imagine stopping for a few seconds, seeing your tach go to zero, then transitioning quickly between the brake and gas pedal and incurring a "clunk" as the Cherokee engages and moves ahead. Plus, it defaults to auto-stop every time you start the vehicle, so it requires you to remember to defeat it manually. To me, it's utterly ridiculous--to force the shut down of the vehicle in a (vain) effort to increase the fleet MPG for FCA. I'll be curious to see how many trans issues Jeep will face in the future as the wear and tear related to that very noticeable jerking between stop and take off shaves miles off the already precarious transmission in these vehicles. Bottom Line: 'So glad I leased instead of purchasing. Already looking forward to the lease-end, relieved I don't have to find another sucker for this vehicle to sell it to.

Great looking, but feared for my families safety

I bought this car slightly used a year and a half ago at 30,000 miles. Two weeks after purchasing it needed a new radiator. I should have known right then and there to part ways. In the next year and a half it was in the shop seven times. The last straw was when it randomly shut down at an intersection. They fixed it, saying it was the shifter, three days later happened again. The dealership made good, probably knowing this car is a piece of you know what. It is a shame, it is a great sized car. Handles well in snow. But, you can't have a car that just randomly shuts off. If these problems were happening at 50,000 I'd hate to see 75,000+ miles.

Storage only fair, need more space get a larger SUV. Shifts are smooth, I do feel pain for those that have experienced transmission problems. If a issue arises later I will edit my review. The V6 is powerful and merging into traffic is no problem. I did test drive the Jeep Cherokee twice and I urge everyone thinking about buying any SUV to do there homework. Bottom line I love my Cherokee. No problems after 10,200 and very happy with the mileage ( good 24 mpg) Seat comfort on long trips is very good. Stop start is sometimes a nuisance but I feel it does aid in better gas mileage. A smaller SUV but very solid on the road. Just returned from a 2,500 trip and got 30 miles to a gallon. 95% of this is on interstate 75 cursing at the speed limit. Had to knock down the rear seats to get all the luggage in. Oh yeah 1 recall for the windshield wiper arm. Total mileage now 19,700. P.S. no transmission problems.

I've had my 2016 Latitude since December 2015 after having a 2005 Grand Cherokee for 11 virtual trouble-free years. I am amazed at all the bells and whistles this mid-price Cherokee has on it. My wife drives a 2007 Mercedes SL550 ($104,000 car) and the Cherokee has many of the features that's on the Mercedes, and in some cases, some the Benz doesn't have. We opted for the bigger engine upgrade. The 3.2-V6-25+mpg that I highly recommend, however I don't know how the new 2.0 turbo performs). Opt for the Comfort/Convenience package and the UConnet 8.4" screen upgrade. The incentives were great ($2K cash back + 0% for 60 months). I don't think I could have gotten more for the money anywhere else. I now (March 2020) have 47,000 totally trouble free miles. It's comfortable and fun to drive. We love our Jeep!!!

My first Jeep and Im a huge fan! I love the Jeep Cherokee 2016. Its a sexy, sporty, modern, SUV. Anyone every age can feel comfortable in this car. Im young and didn't want an SUV to look like it wasn't my style. I like the key fob push button for engine start up, the rear camera, automatic back door push button opens and closes by itself, the black matching rims, the black Jeep logo, matching the black grill, black tinted windows on stock. Comfortable seating, quiet engine, quiet brakes, easy to drive just like driving a car. I get so many compliments. Interior stitching similar to the lexus is 250. This car beats all other SUV's in its class!

Traded Car After 8 Months!

With under 15000 miles on car it leaked oil all over the garage floor and then began losing power and stopping mid drive. Oil pressure warning came on. This happened 6 times. Took it to the Jeep repair shop. They filled it with oil and tried to give it back to me without adequately explaining why it lost oil in the first place. I immediately traded the car and lost 6k on the value. I couldn't believe it as it was basically a new car and very well maintained. Had I read consumer reviews on the engine/transmission problems first I would have saved myself some grief. All the wonderful bells and whistles won me over. Nicely appointed but they should not be selling cars with the issues that they have many folks complaining about. Fix your technical issues with your engines/transmissions.

I wrote a review a year-and-a-half ago after I bought my Jeep. I still have it. After driving it over a year now. I still love it. The few things I wish I had was, cameras, light that come on when someone passing. To me there and some blind spots I don't like on both sides, that is why I would of liked to had the camera.. I paid $26,000, now I can buy it for $1900.00. . If I wanted to trade it in that they will only give me $18,000. I only have eight thousand miles on it too. Hope this helps who ever is reading this.......

Good, Bad, Ugly

I took my first long trip in my new 2016 Cherokee Sport. First the Good. Gas mileage as stated on the sticker was the gas mileage I got. The comfort was good, not great. That's it. Nothing else good about this vehicle. Second: The Bad. Do they make shocks for this vehicle? I could feel every bump and crack in the road. On the highway you felt like you were constantly going over speed bumps. The radio was BAD. You couldn't hear the sound because of the thumping of the speaker against the dash. The air conditioner kept making noise. I could hear the engine when the vehicle was sitting at a light or when we were on the road. Now the UGLY: NOISE FATIGUE: Please stop the noise. It never stops. The radio makes ugly noise, the tires make noise, the air conditioner makes noise. I'm tire of the noise. I can hear other vehicles passing by. I can't hear the radio with all the noise. I'm giving this vehicle up as soon as I can. There, I'm tired.

Very high quality. Solid and very quiet. 9 speed automatic is surprisingly good. Great performance in mountains. V6 is powerful. Always 25 to 30 mpg fuel economy. Heated seats and wheel are very useful. UConnect, Bluetooth, and cell phone integration are good. Navigation is very bad, with odd direction calculations and chronically out of date. Use your smartphone app. instead. Auto stop/start is annoying, and has no value. Still, very pleased overall. Good job, Jeep.

I LOVE MY 2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude!

I've never owned a Jeep before this and I am very happy with my purchase and in my opinion, it looks SO much better than the CRV, Escape and Rav4. It takes off when you need it to, except when it rains, I have a slower take off by choice, I think it's the tires? I've owned (2) Ford Explorers (very spacious) a 4-Runner (I LOVE) and now this, I am very satisfied with this vehicle except for the gas mileage and fuel tank. I am used to 19-23 gal tanks I guess.

My 2016 Cherokee has been torn up since April this year. It will not show anything wrong on the computer but keeps braking down. It only has 50,000 miles on it. Now there is a software recall on it so maybe they can tell what is wrong with it. I’ve tried a body throttle, electronic module control & a battery so far & still won’t run.

One Year, 26000 miles and still Love the Cherokee

Car is a Latitude with 3.2 L and I'll be driving it for one year on Dec 2nd and have 26,000 miles. No problems with it after a few initial issues upon delivery. Car sat on the lot nearly a year and the front brake rotors were pulsating as they were warped and the car felt like it wobbled a bit on low speed in traffic. Took to a dealer near my work (not where I purchased) and they turned the rotors and replaced the front axles due to a service bulletin. After picking it up, noticed a grinding sound when braking. Called the dealer who serviced it and the service manager was a real jerk telling me it was noise from turning the rotors and it would burn in quickly. I know what the sound of turned rotors sounds like, this was different. Argued with them and they wouldn't even look at it until after I put 1000 miles on it. Told him I'd rather drive it through his showroom if I had to listen to the noise on a new car. Called Chrysler, told me to go back to selling dealer who fixed the problem by replacing the right rotor which still had a high spot on it and also straightened the dust cover which original dealer bent. Although it took some work, it was fixed and Chrysler gave me 25 free oil changes of full synthetic oil for my trouble. Overall very happy with Chrysler's response but not Colonial Chrysler in Hudson, MA. I won't even go there to buy parts for my 05 Grand Cherokee anymore I'm so mad at them. Has been a great car. Good acceleration, smooth transmission. Ride is as smooth as any Mercedes I've owned. The 3.2 L is based on Mercedes architecture. Looks nearly identical to my SLK 280 3.5 L Motor.

Jeep Engine

I have a new 2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude with 1200 miles on it. I noticed a noise coming from my engine at a traffic light and I thought it was the car behind me but when I turned the radio down I discovered it was coming from my new Jeep. When you turn the radio down you can here a ticking sound which sounds like a helicopter propeller. Very Annoying for a Brand new Vehicle. I went to the dealership and let the service manager drive it with me and he heard the same noise. Then he asked the mechanic to go with me and he heard the same noise. I had taken it back to the dealership to have them diagnose and they said that it was a Purge Solenoid Valve and they replaced it. But when they called me to pick it up they said that it was still making the noise and probably will stay that way until Jeep comes out with a replacement part or a recall. Really!!! You pay $30,000 for a new Jeep and you get this kind of noise. I have owned a lot of other Vehicles over the years and the Engines have always been quiet with the radio turned down and you did not even know they were running. The Engineers at Jeep need to take a look at this because it is unacceptable in my book and not up to standards. Unless someone likes listening to this noise I guess you will be ok with it. But when you test drive I would listen for this noise before you buy. The Dealer started more of the Jeeps on the lot and they all made this noise and he told me this is the way Jeep has made them. I did call the Jeep Service Center and all they could tell me is that they would make documentation of it. We all know where that is going! Maybe the CEO of Jeep should get in the car with me for a test drive and listen to the noise and see if he likes listening to it. You think they would have discovered this before they came off of the assembly line. Not so Sincerely! Concerned Customer

They have my money and that's all they care about. I would never recommend jeep or Chrysler! American made cars are crap! I'll stick with Toyota/Nissan from now on.

Considering I learned to drive in a '47 Willy's jeep pickup......Jeep has come a long ways.Bought a 2016 Cherokee Trailhawk with the 4cyl. I dont do much towing so didnt need the extra 2 cylinders for 1000 + dollars. On the way home, took it down a 2 mile sand trail that eats rails and buggys on a regular basis. No problems at all in 4wd/auto setting. The technology is pretty impressive, lane assist, adaptive braking, etc. It almost drives itself. The 8 speed auto trans seems to get a little confused with up and downshifts. The cure for this is to drive it with authority, not like an 80 year old lady. My only complaint is the exhaust sound. Kinda like a constipated bumble bee. Borla makes a catback exhaust system that should take care of that. I'll trade it in 4 years. Cant wait to see what 2020 looks like. Update 2018. 30,000 miles. Just finished a 75 hour, 4500 mile trip from Tampa to Tucson and back. Some side trips in New Mexico. Used the hill descent feature to manage a 4wd trail down the backside of an 8000 ft. mountain, a few decent 4wd trails and 80+ mph across Texas. Avg. 22.6 mpg with nary a whimper, although I did manage to destroy both side step rails. A set of Rocky Road Outfitters Super Slider rock rails are enroute. ;-) Update. 2020 winter road trip. Tampa to the Grand Canyon and back. Snow, sleet, rain, dust storms and frozen fog. It performed like, well, a Jeep. 44,000 miles and doesn't even feel broken in yet. I think I'll just keep it.

Update to my first review 2 years ago: This truck is still reliable. I moved from a warm climate state to a snow state and it held up very well. I am back in the warm climate state. I have driven many miles between states and cities, and it hasn't disappointed. Thus far, maintenance has been fairly low other than the usual. I'm still happy with my purchase. The first thing I want to take the time to review is the buying experience. I went to the Auto Nation in Pembroke Pines, FL. My sales guy was Michael Lewis. I saw him the day before I actually purchased the vehicle and knew that he would be the one to take me through the process. I came in the next day, told him what I was looking for and he made the process as stress-free as possible (also to mention I am 8 months pregnant). This is my first SUV, so the rating I am giving is purely off of first impression. I have the limited, which has a lot of bells and whistles that are impressive. The leather interior was a must have for me, which only comes with all limited vehicles. The larger screen and technology is not only a great feature, but also good for safety. The car comes equipped with 10 airbags. I am having a baby really soon and the safety features was a big deal for me, as well as having the larger space. So far, I have had a smooth ride, but I am still in the brand new stage of the vehicle. I am comfortable and very happy with this purchase. I was also concerned with the heavy engine, which is not an issue. My overall experience with this purchase was really great. My salesman had my hard tag the next day and made sure anything that I was missing was ordered. I recommend purchasing this vehicle and recommend purchasing from that dealership.

The button on the back of my steering wheel to navigate through pre-programmed stations has never worked. The dealer, Steve White in Hickory NC told me 3x they could find no problem. It skips stations, goes to stations never programmed, repeats several stations 2-3x. Havill in Jefferson WI saw the problem immediately. Despite their best efforts (replacing the button, updating the computer, new wiring harness) -it's worse than ever. And now the tailgate opens on it's own. They're contacting Chrysler but I'm looking at trades. I've had this since new, paid $40k, have the Trailhawk with 3.2 (which wasn't an option on this site), has only 15,000 miles.... Comfort, driving, etc is excellent. Very happy otherwise, but this is annoying enough to consider trade.

We've owned the Jeep for 2-1/2 years. It's ok. No more room than the trunk of my Ford Fusion. Pick up is sluggish. My wife says she prefers driving the Fusion over the Jeep as it has better pick up and has superior braking. The price of the two vehicles was comparable, but if we had a choice, we would have two Fusions. 2/19 Update: Traded the jeep in for a Ford F-150. Couldn't be happier. We strongly disliked the Jeep the entire time we owned it. Will never buy another.

My wife and I recently had a baby and decided to turn in my old Jeep Liberty for a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. The thought was to get the baby into a nice, safe and smooth ride. This car has been terrible. The dealership and service area have been absolutely horrendous, but that's not what you guys care about. I have had this car for six months and have had to bring it in for service 4 times, not including the windshield wiper recall. They have had to replace the radio system 3 times. The touch screen and radio continue to black out which does not let me control the heating vent system, radio and rear view back up camera. When I hit 30 MPH the back up camera goes on while driving forward. The radio is in and out when this happens, not that I can control it. This happened during the recent snow storms in Southern Maine and I was not able to select my rear and front defrosters as the buttons did not work on top of the touch screen. Luckily when the radio and touch screen went it was already on these settings. Currently still in the shop now while they are adding a new radio. I also had to have my right signal repaired because it went out after 2 months. They think it was actually the wiring connecting to the light. took them 2 hours to figure it out. The interior is nice, but poor vision around corners due to the frame. Smooth ride, but the 4 cyclinder is a little sluggish. Actually impressed with handling in the snow. But, I asked for options to replace the jeep from the dealer and they said to call Chrysler and complain as that's my best course of action or they could have me trade it back into them for a new Jeep but I they said I would have to pay more for it. Unbelievable. Done with Jeep.

I test drove many cars and then I test drove the Jeep Cherokee. It handles the road nicely, and I did not hear the road noise that I heard while driving the Nissan Rouge.

2016 trailhawk 3.2v6. The one exception, infotainment. uconnect 8.5 un is a nice big screen with good layout and easy to use. However, the voice is horrible. robotics, old, very poorly executed. It cant even do the most basic thing right. Texting will test your ability to not punch the screen. After say a very BRIEF and usually wrongly translated text your present by a female giving you options, like, add to message, redo message, bla bla bla, finally it gets to where it beeps and you can say send. Why won't they give us an option to shut the system up and just automatically send the message when done talking. It's mostly translated wrong text anyway no use trying to correct it. Instead, you have to wait FOREVER to send the dang text. After replying to two or three texts your ready to rip out the system and through it out the window!! MOST ANNOYING is the AUTO ac system. it simply doesn't work!!! If it's 100 deg F in the car and you set temp to 60 you still cant even hear the fan running. the system is SO reserved in how it utilizes the ac that it's worthless. To sum it up, a perfect vehicle ruined by what could be two simple software fixes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its a FWD 4x4. Blast to drive off-road and city streets. Love the low gearing. 56:1 crawl ratio helps. Use Sport mode in the City. Great Grip and tight suspension. Not a high speed passer and would not use for tow. 3rd gear can still stick. Live in the PNW handles well in Rain and Snow. Upgrade tires asap.

Bought our 2016 75th anniversary Cherokee in 2017.8200 miles on odometer.Balance of factory warranty.Overall this could be a phenomenal suv.I will explain.Noticed fogged up windows on a beautiful warm day in Sept of 2018.Lifted up driver and passenger floormats and both carpets were wet.Took and dropped it of at dealer where I purchased a total of 5 times. In the end they said it was a cracked winsheild.Which isn't covered under warranty.I paid the $295 for winsheild. Even though I purchased it used.I called a lemon law lawyer. We took em to court and settled. You can sue manufacturers for up to 23% of purchase price.Which is what I got. I have my jeep back for about 2 weeks. No signs yet.Fingers crossed.I went without my Cherokee for roughly a month and a half during this process. This is an issue with cherokees and seems to be hit or miss as to who gets the wet ones. Not enough apparently to recall. Now to the basic vehicle.Ours is loaded with most options. V6 is very peppy and we average about 22mpg.Seats are very comfortable. This was our first vehicle with heated seats and steering wheel. They are a wonderful thing I have to say.Plenty of adjustment so you dont cook.Passenger seating is also comfy and roomy.Hatch area size is a little disappointing. We have 2 medium size dogs and although they fit back there it could be a lil bigger. Not jeeps fault.I knew how big it was before I bought it.Very good in the snow.Im in Pa. so we get a little from time to time.Very nice ride on the highway.Overall I love the lil cherokee. If the leak is resolved I would with caution consider another one in the future. If the leak returns. It will be my last jeep. And that's a shame jeep. Update.Leak reappeared with a vengeance.Traded it in on a Toyota.Goodbye Jeep! Ya coulda been a contender.

I traded my 2014 JKU Polar edition for this 2016 Cherokee Trailhawk 3.2 V6 with NAV, tow and winter pkg. I have NO regrets. The KL Trailhawk has been solid for me! It does everything better than the Wrangler (except trails rated 5+), the interior is WAY quieter and more comfortable. It is also faster, way more efficient and loaded with tech. If I could change one thing about the KL is the 9 speed transmission's ability to downshift and stay in higher RPMs. It loves to run at low RPMs and doesn't downshift as quickly as expected. I love it.

This vehicle is equipped with an electric transmission. I've been having problems with this vehicle less than a year after purchasing it. It's hesitant when accelerating and will "kick back" if you brake abruptly and then proceed to accelerate. My car has been in the shop several times on this issue. PLEASE read reviews about the transmission before you consider purchasing this vehicle.

This car is awful on anything but dry payment. I had to replace the battery within two years of owning the car. Drivers headlight has gone out repeatedly. Panel covering the oil pan does not stay shut. It has broke off and replaced three times before I quit replacing them. Then around 101,000 miles my car starts dying randomly. While driving, stopping and taking off. Check engine light says electronic throttle control. My research shows it has been reported a bit. Does not handle as well as I thought a jeep would handle. I will never buy another jeep product.

Oil Unknown Issues

I purchased the oil changes for 100k miles and random when doing a left turn or right turn the Jeep died. This happened many times took to dealer got the transmission updated it needed. However it didn't stop. Next time the oil was bone dry and I was 1k miles before I was supposed to get an oil change. The gave me an override and covered it. So...I had it happen again! Went to auto zone got oil and added so I would not have an accident with the car dying while turning. So it was happening again! But thought it was time for oil change. Added one quart and took it in, now 1300 miles before approved oil change. Why is the Jeep using so much oil? One month the email reported 40% oil left, next month 25%. So this is an issue??? Sure this is not normal and the dealership can't find a "problem"

I bought a Liberty brand new in 2005 and LOVE it to this day. It was time to replace my husband's car, so the Cherokee seemed like the closest to the Liberty we coukd find. It is not. A Jeep in name only, we discovered the backseat has far less head room- I am 6'1" and my head is mashed against the ceiling. We have a toddler, and there is only about 5" clearance from the carseat to the ceiling- getting him in and out is very difficult. This is not a vehicle for you if you need to use carseats!!! As much as I LOVE my Liberty, I am so disappointed in the Cherokee. After only 5 days I am asking O'Brien to take it back. This is not an SUV, but a station wagon or "crossover" at best. MAJOR BUYER'S REMORSE. May 25th update: I had to take it in after only two months due to a loud creaking in the front end. They had to replace driver's side suspension. When I asked why it already failed the service manager said it probably came off the line faulty. Not a good feeling for a brand new suv you paid $30k for. The accerlation has gotten worse and is so lethargic I was almost tboned in traffic when it hesitated on me, even after I put the pedal to the floor. Not responsive even with the auto shutdown turned off. June 9th update: back in the shop AGAIN. Still lethargic acceleration and gear shifting continues to be labored + sunroof "clinking" when open and I hit bumps in the road. After one day they said they did another software update and replaced two faulty seals. The sunroof still clinks, but at a lower note than before. I continued to email and call the sales manager and the general manager, but no response for over two more weeks. Until today: the sales manager says he didn't get my emails or voicemails for some reason. He suggested I turn off the auto off button, which I have already done weeks ago, every single time I get in the car. I responded that I had already tried that and I continue to want to return the vehicle. They are now willing to discuss returning it but I have little faith that I won't lose my shirt on it - $4500 down and I've paid two months at $435. Meanwhile, they will reusel it at $29k and lose nothing. WORST DECISION OF MY LIFE. I will never buy another Jeep.

The computer in my car works when it wants to the screen is usually blue or just says jeep. Bluetooth no longer works I cant control the climate except on off hot or cold. This happened out of no where and the radio comes on when it wants. I've had it checked and it is not cheap to fix and this is a wiring issue. The start stop system has not always been reliable for us and decides when to work as well. The car has just not started or shut off while the start stop light was on. This car is paid off and with all these problems I mine as well have bought a more expensive vehicle. This is the worst vehicle I've had.

I bought my jeep brand new. Within 2 weeks my engine was blown. This was due to faulty manufacturing. Chrystler comped me free oul changes and tire rotations for 5 years. The vehicle comes with a standard can of fix a flat, no spare, no jack. After having a blow out at 1 in the morning, i had to leave my car 45 miles from my home and return the next day to retrieve it. This was quite the ordeal since i didnt have a Jack, spare, or lug wrench. Hundreds of dollars later, i was able to drive my car home. I tried usi g my roadside assistance but the only tow a max of 16 miles, i needed to go 45. On a side note, my jeep has been to rhe repair shop on several occasions and they coukd figure out what was wrong with it until.... my warranty was over! I will never buy another Jeep product as long as i live. This vehicle is lacking in many ways!

I have had nothing but trouble with this jeep. I should've known better than to buy from a brand know for poor workmanship. The only way you can make a jeep halfway reliable is if you flood it with aftermarket parts and a new transmission every 50k. What a piece of junk! I'll never buy a Chrysler product again.

I bought a 2016 jeep Cherokee with 34k miles on it, and my 40k the ignition coil had gone out, and was causing misfires on a cylinder. At 44k miles the Power Transfer Unit, rear differential, and a half shaft had all gone bad. I do not advise buying one of these, as you will not be able to trust it as far as you can throw it.

Of course the dealer will document each issue differently, a tactic to avoid the Lemon Law, 3 consecutive problems result in a full refund. I have never been so disappointed with a purchase. If you don't want to deal with constant headaches and aggravation please avoid getting this vehicle, Very disappointed JEEP!!!!!

I've had too many issues since buying my 2016 Jeep Cherokee Sport 11 months ago! It leaks on the back floor on the passenger side every time it rains. I now have water and mold because I live in Florida where its hot! It's stalled on me twice when leaving the parking lot! There is a clicking noise in the front when I turn the wheel. The gas pedal has a wobble when I'm stopped and then accelerate to take off, but it doesn't happen every time. Scary! When I Googled it, it has something to do with the transmission needs to be tightened. Oh! and my tires keep losing air! Constantly putting air in the tires! I've taken it to the dealership to see if they can make me a happy camper again. I have my doubts. I feel like I bought a Lemon!!! I will update again if they resolve all the issues!
