Used 2023 INFINITI QX60 Consumer Reviews
Smaller than the last QX60 model
Overall, smaller than last QX60 model, both 2nd and 3rd row are tight because there’s no legs room in the 3rd row and have to move the 2nd row forward and now have to move the driver seat and passenger forward because 2nd row seaters don’t have legs room. It’s like a domino effect with each rows. Never had that issue with the last model. We only had the car for about 8 months now and already can’t wait for the 36 months lease to be up so we can return it. If we can’t get out of that suv today, we would, that’s how much we don’t like the car. Also, another thing we really hate in this car is, say you get out the car, and then try to get back in. Once you touch the door handle, the car lock itself. Now imagine if you’re some where and you get out the car and immediately you face danger like a predator coming at you and you try to get back in the car, the car door will automatically lock and you won’t be able to unlock and open the car door in time before the predator grab you and does what he wants with you. That’s the worst feature they can come up with in a car. I don’t even care if there’s away to turn that feature off, that should of never been a standard feature in a car. infiniti you failed badly with this one.

Great SUV
Just got the 2023 QX60. Love it. Drove the Acura MDX and Toyota Highlander. Both drive nice but the Infiniti is better. Acura infotainment system was the big drawback for that car. Infiniti is a much smoother drive than the highlander. Super quiet inside. Engine has more than enough umph. Handling is a little less sporty than the Acura but not really noticeable. Came off a 2020 MDX and like it much better. Drove the X7 as well and didn’t feel like it was worth the extra cost. Got the Bose system too and it cranks.

Going downhill
Likes: overall styling. Decent amount of features for the money. Dislikes: Doors that slam shut of you breathe on them. Build quality. Eats tires like potato chips. Mystery knocking in transmission. Transmission is NOT an upgrade from the old CVT. Impossible to drive smoothly. After years of driving the JX35 and prior generation QX60, I was excited to try out the new QX60. Boy, was I wrong. First, I was excited that it came with a bona fide 8 speed transmission, over the.CVT. Was I wrong. The car does not take off or shift smoothly. It’s easy to spin out the tire. It’s smoother on the ECO setting, but you can’t set it as a default. Next, it came with Bridgestone Alenzo tires that didn’t last even 15k miles—and my wife drives mellowly. The brakes needed new pads at 13k miles. The dealer said that the electric braking system is hard on pads. Finally the car transmission made a clunking noise at low speeds that the deale4 heard but couldn’t diagnose. After 3 trips to the dealer, I gave up. The car is leased and I figured on just running away after my lease is up. It is NOT a well built vehicle.

Love it!
I traded a 2018 Highlander Platinum in for this 2023 and I absolutely love it. > Quiet & Comfortable > The 2023 now comes with 2 years maintenance > Pro Pilot assist and it practically drives itself on the highway. > love the interior!! Cons: > panoramic sunroof should be a bit bigger across - it seems a few inches shorter than most > my kids HATE that the back windows don't roll down all the way > Horn honks if you use the key fob to lock it.. so just use the button inside or on the handle...

Love this car ….
Compare to competitor this car is great. I had a couple of long trips and it was great. Have some issues? Yes, some minor issues which all new cars have, but dealer took care of it.
