I so desperately want to LOVE my new G35 but it seems that everytime I get close to falling for it, something goes wrong. The 1st problem occurred within the first 2 weeks. The radio wouldn't turn off, even when the engine was off. It took the dealer a week to fix that problem. Now, I'm experiencing problems with my air conditioner...it only works on 60 degrees. If I move it up by 1 degree, the heater comes on. It doesn't help that the service people at the dealer keep telling me it's new model, so problems can be expected. Of course, when extolling the benefits of the car before I purchased it, this information was conveniently omitted.

The engine is bulletproof, but the rest of the car... well, it should be riddled with bullets. Everything is rattly and creaky after a year. Before this car, I had 4 Hondas/Acuras and none of them were like this. Moreover, I have had a blown out speaker since the first month I had it, and no Infiniti dealership will replace a door speaker! Agh!

I've had my G35 Sedan for almost a month now. Pretty much every critique that everyone has posted thus far is true (orange lights dim in sunlight, brakes are a little grabby, fuel mileage is 16-17). But those are the only poor things built into the car. The ride is smooth, acceleration is strong. The back seat is spacious and comfortable. Get the premium package for sure. The stereo is worth it, as are the reclining rear seats and auto headlamps, etc. This vehicle is a great compromise car for those of us who like to smoke the guy next to us and yet are still concerned about keeping our passengers comfortable.

WOW! I just bought this car and it leaves me always wanting to drive it. Performance is just fantastic. It has 75,000 miles and looks great. Interior is black leather and is sharp. You must know how to drive this car because the power can turn on you if your not familiar with rear wheel drive cars. Amazing car and I understand why it is in such high demand!

I loved the G35 style long before my purchase. I found a G35 sedan and couldn't pass it up. I'm in WI and knew a new all-weather tire would be a must and for the first winter is was no problem getting through the snow (with new tires and 150# of sand in the trunk). This car looks great, but I have never had to put soooo much money into a car before. New brakes at 45K, then less than @ 60K had to replace passenger side lower control arm and now at 66K have to replace driver side lower control arm. And on top of it, I've lost control of the center counsel. I will NEVER BUY Nissan/Infiniti again. I expected better quality from a luxury vehicle!
