I was in the market for a smaller car and actually went to the dealership to test drive a Sonata. I did drive a Sonata but once I climbed into the XG, I knew my search was over. I have no complaints about my car. People constantly mistake it for a Lincoln LS. One lady climbed out of her car to look at mine. She was slightly embarrased by the time she got to my window as she was in the market for a new car and thought mine was a Jaguar. It is the best car I have ever owned. When the time comes for another, I will definately start with Hyundai.

Love the car it rides like a caddy and gets great gas mileage. Problem with the tires on wet pavement when you accelerate

A Really Nice Ride

Really great car after 4 months of driving. I think this is a sharp looking car inside and out with loads of standard features. Great acceleration. Behaves very well on the highway even at 'passing speeds'. Mileage is better than my Taurus. The car had some sway in hard turns and some tire noise but when I put on a quality set of tires both were solved. I consider this the nicest car I have ever owned, new or used, in 36 years of driving and the least expensive to buy. I was able to see the previous owner's maintenance records and the car has never had a problem.

this has been our main vehicle for 3.5 years - we bought it new after looking at various Japanese and american cars of similar size and options. for much less money AND with over double the warranty we just grin as we drive our (now) paid off car. we have had 1 issue with the car at around 50k miles - the throttle body assembly had to be replaced which was performed under warranty with no hassles at all. had that happend on any other car that expensive part and labor would have set us back about $1300. AND, IT IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY for another 25k+ miles (ha ha!). btw, we traded in a 2002 Elantra GT (sweet car also) to upgrade to the XG - we never had a minutes probelm with the GT.

Show Me One Better, and I Will Buy It!

I traded a 2000 Cadillac Seville on my 2004 XG350L and in comparison the Cadillac was an over-rated piece of sh*t. Prior to the Cadillac I had a Lincoln Town Car. Both cars ran and rode fine but the problem with American cars is once they turn 5 years old and exceed 100,000 miles on them not only is it time to replace them, you have no value left in them. This really burns me for what you pay for them. I went with the Hyundai for the warranty but did not figure I would be as impressed as I was because with the Lincoln and Cadillac I had grown accustomed to a certain level of luxury. Well the XG350 far surpassed my expectations to say the least.
