Worst rental on wet roads

This was a Thrifty Rental and I should have known when I initially heard the wipers squeaked and sounded like they were scratching the window that I should have expected problems. I drove this front wheel drive car in heavy rain and it felt like the left front wheel was going to fall off every time. This car was always difficult for my 6 foot 1 inch body to get in and out of and I hit my head multiple times on the door frame. This car was too low to the ground but it did have good visibility. I would not recommend this vehicle to anyone over 5 foot tall.

Car seemed alright but for the money I’d expected more after reading reviews on the Hyundai . The car looked and felt cheap. I bought a Toyota Corolla SE instead and feel it was the better choice

I agree with all the previous review. I owned mine for 2 years and traded in on a Tucson. I miss the sportiness and speed of the Elantra Sport. I don't necessarily miss the harsh ride. They also don't make the Sport model anymore so if you want one you'll have to buy used now.

When I first leased this car it drove smoothly. After the first year I started noticing that the ride was becoming quite bumpy. And this was on roads with no imperfections. I had tires checked they were ok. Anyway by the end of my 3 yrs lease the car was very uncomfortable to drive because of the constant bumping. Everything else was ok except for this.
