Goodbye Tacoma, Hello Ridgeline
If you are looking for a great driving, comfortable riding pickup then get a new Ridgeline. I bought the RTL-T AWD model and can't find anything I'd change. It's actually more comfortable than the 2011 Accord coupe I once owned. I am getting over 24 mpg in the month I've been driving it.

Great overall truck!
After doing a lot of research for the last 6 months all avenues lead me back to the Honda Ridgeline. To me, the Black Edition looks the best of all the available models. I did add the hard tonneau cover, black rugged side steps, and CD player. The cover and the side steps really completes the look of the Black Edition. It looks very sporty. I have only had the truck for about a three weeks but so far I have been really happy with the purchase. Compare to my company Tacoma and S-10, the Ridgeline is a dream in difference. The Ridgeline rides very nice without jarring around over bumps like a typical truck. It rides about as smooth and almost as quiet as my Mercedes GLC. The truck has great pick up when you step on it and the 6 speed transmission does not feel like its hunting for the correct gear. I cannot say how it performs in the snow as this has been a very mild winter. The Black Edition and the RTL-E both comes with more bells and whistles than I know how to use and I am a very techie guy. It has tons of safety features such as lane departure, blind spot monitoring, back-up camera with cross traffic sensors, and adaptive cruise control. For what I use the truck for the Ridgeline fills all my needs. I do not haul or tow for a living and I am not a mudder/off-roader. My main needs are driving to visit family, weekend household hauling, and towing my fishing boat.

Black Edition worth the wait
It will be hard to find. If you want one be prepared to put a deposit down and wait for it to come off the assembly line. I have been wanting a Ridgeline for years. I am a Honda loyalist and at first I didnt like the new look. Until I drove it, the thing drives like a car. I am 6'3 so I am used to looking over people when I walk and when I drive and this fits the bill. The lane keep assist will basically drive for you for approx 15 seconds and there is storage everywhere. The power back window was a unexpected bonus along with the Honda assist for 3 garage doors.

Lost engine at 207,000kms BE AWARE
Just got a call from Kamloops Honda, saying my engine is gone..$15,000.00 for a used engine to be installed by them. I did all my oil changes and timing belt. Did not drive it hard and banging noise from the bottom end of the engine. I asked if there was any recalls, dealer said there wasn’t. I have owned 16 Nissans. Never had to change a starter, alternator, engine or transmission . Some had over 450,000kms. Very disappointed in Honda. The dealer didn’t seem to want to help in anyway. Be aware.

Traded in our 2009 Ridgeline w/ all bells and whistles. The new 2017 is lighter, quieter, steers straighter, more alive and fun to drive. The navigation is way easier lights are where they should be and both the headlights and taillights , LED are beautiful. RDl-E. love it

Great vehicle with just one question
I've had my 17 Ridgeline for about a month and have been very pleased with everything about it. I was initially leaning towards a Tacoma, but after comparing the two vehicles for what my needs were - daily commuter, ability to move some furniture for my college aged daughter, take the snowblower in for service, transport my bike - it seemed like a better overall vehicle. The ONLY "head scratcher" to me is the inability to lock the tailgate...I just don't understand why that would be overlooked by Honda. Updated 10/12/2017: After nearly 7 months and 15,000 miles. I still enjoy driving the Ridgeline. It's extremely comfortable and averages nearly 26mpg on highway travel. There are a couple of "nits" that I've added to the non-locking tailgate. First, the audio system is EXTREMELY slow to load; randomly drops Apple Carplay; if you put your right directional on, it activates the sideview camera which is a great feature, UNLESS you're in the middle of using any of the handsfree voice features - it simply overrides it and cuts you off. I also wish they would have made the sliding window in the rear window a standard feature, along with roof rails.

Former Dakota Owner Loves the '17 Ridgeline
I drove a Dodge Dakota for 170,000 miles and was in love with it. But when I sat in the 2017 Ridgeline, there was no comparison. The comfort, convenience, and features were worlds apart. Granted, the Ridgeline is 20 model-years newer, but Honda got it all right. It is spacious and drives like an SUV, with great acceleration and an ample back seat, which folds up to get out of your way when necessary. The bed is a little short, but is packed with conveniences including the bi-directional gate, lighting, and large cargo well. I should have gone up one trim level for upgraded electronics, but all in all I love it and expect to drive if for the next 20 years. ***Update- My college-aged son came home from school and it is his preferred ride. He also fits comfortably in the back seat.

Prepare to fall in love it. Incredible comfort
The control handles for headlights and wipers do not glow in the dark. Location may at first hard to see & find. Once you get use to it no problem. The engine is a little noisy at first thats because of injectors cutting on & off. Honda made a good product with this truck. Get the AWD makes a big difference on road control.

2017 Honda Ridgeline
This is my 3rd Ridgeline...1st of the new model. Most comfortable, quietest, easy driving truck I have ever owned. Great for around town, fishing trips and long rides. It handles snow and easy off roading. However, this is not a hard-core off road vehicle.

Ridgeline Happy
Bought the RTL-E top line model mostly for the tech features. Hard to find in exterior/interior color combination I wanted for reasonable price, but can be done with patience and negotiation. Replaced a 2004 Honda Element at 120K miles. The major selling point after a test drive was the ride quality and quietness. VERY carlike. Rides as well as my 2010 Acura MDX and 2013 Chrysler 200 hardtop convertible and a little better than our 2015 Nissan Murano Platinum. Great compromise between a SUV and a full-size pickup truck for light to moderate duty. 3 months and 1500 miles later, I'm very happy with the Ridgeline. My wife is loving it and me for her truck. Owned the Ridgeline for approximately for 20 months and still in love. Other than a slow infotainment system, I have found no warts. This is an extremely vesatile vehicle. IT is often the vehicle of choice for long road trips or quick trips to the public dump. Added running boards for looks and aids washing the roof. A pricey choice, but planning to keep the Ridgeline for 10 years+, so the price over time will be absorbed in the long term happy ownership.

Much better than expected!
Handling and ride quality are outstanding. Three separate climate controls keep everyone comfortable. Has all of the features I needed plus some delighters that I did not expect at this price point. Advanced AWD has completion beat hands down. Huge lockable trunk keeps valuables safe, dry and out of sight. In mixed driving I am averaging 25 MPG which is far better than I expected. The only negative is rear visibility, but there is a high resolution backup camera with 3 different view modes which addresses that shortcoming. I ruled out Tacoma due to dated technology and poor reliability according to Consumer Reports. Frontier is outdated as well. Ridgeline has ample width between wheel wells, make hauling full sheets of plywood flat or other large items easy. Dual swinging tailgate makes loading bed easy on my back.

Fantastic vehicle. Unless you're a very heavy hauler, this puppy is the way to go. Exit/entry clearances are too tight, and the initial brakes bite could be sharper but everything else is superb. I mean amazing.

Surprise
I was interested in seeing this vehicle but was intent on buying another SUV. I was not quite convinced about the outward appearance- it looks a little homely. But once you get behind the wheel it really shines. Very comfortable, plenty of power and all the technology I really need. I need a truck every now and then. They can be very convenient but my main driving could be handled by any car. This vehicle drives like a car but has the ability to be a light truck. Perfect for me. I have read about the cumbersome technology package but I have had no problem. The nav system is much better than my previous 2006 Nissan murano. Links easily to my Iphone. I like Apple Car play. I have had it now for 2 months and the looks is growing on me. Not a single mechanical problem.

Wonderful Truck that drives like a Car or SUV
3/20 Review update: the Ridgeline drives as well as it did 3 years ago. I love this truck. I now tow a small travel trailer ~ 4,000 lbs. It strains uphill but handles the load nicely. My gas mileage has been affected by the towing - I'm getting 22-23 MPG. Someone called this truck the Swiss Army Knife of vehicles - I agree! This truck has very clever design. The interior is posh, appointed like a higher end SUV - the exterior is very attractive but the storage/cargo features are what sells the vehicle. There is a lockable "trunk" hidden in the truck bed. There is a drain hole so you could fill it with ice and beverages for tailgating, etc. The bed is 4' wide so it can accommodate a 4x8 sheet of ply or drywall. I haven't attempted that yet but the bed is flat (no wheel wells) so I believe it. There are also several tie-downs located inside the bed. The back seat can be pulled upward and latched creating a large cargo area there. Stuff can be stowed under the back seat while it is down also. I love the storage area between the two front seats. It is very large and can fit a small to medium purse. The truck drives like an SUV or even a car. Very quiet and easy to drive. Very nice vehicle. Reliability and other aspects of longer term vehicle ownership are yet to be determined so I rated them a 4.

I love the new Ridgeline.
This new 2017 Ridgeline is not my it's belongs to my brother. I have a lot of good things to say about the new ridgeline. This new body Style put the old ridgeline to shame, it's so much better in many levels. The gas mileage is better my brother been averaging 19.5 to 21 mpg in town have not gone on long road trip yet. The seats are very comfortable but I notice the back seat area is just a tad bit smaller than old ridgeline but not much still very comfortable and backseats sits a little higher than front seats. I like the trunk space in the bed in the back and it's slightly smaller but still very roomy I am 6,2 and I got inside the trunk and fit in good and a little tight but wanted to see how much space by getting inside of it. The bed is much better than the old one because it's wider and longer. The old ridgeline drove pretty good but new one is much better because it's easier to park it in parking lot and the horsepower is better. The ride is a little smoother and softer than old Rigdeline. My brother test drove the old one thinking he might save more money but decided to buy the 2017 Rigdeline because it's so much better in many levels. Only a few downsize which it's not a big deal at all. I want to buy one in a few years maybe the RTS model. I highly recommend the new Rigdeline because it's very good on gas and good to keep a long time because it's a keeper.

I sold my 2017 Ridgeline
UPDATED DECEMBER 2019: Since I sold my 2017 Ridgeline I have been watching the reviews and the new Ridgeline (2017-2020) have not been as reliable as the previous versions prior to 2017. Judge for yourself, go to Consumer Reports and read their report on the Ridgeline. There are two recalls on the Ridgeline: 1. Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2017-2019 Ridgeline trucks. Exposure to acids, such as from car wash soaps, can result in the fuel pump feed port cracking. 2. Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2018 Honda Pilot and Ridgeline vehicles and 2018 Acura MDX vehicles. The front driver and passenger powered seats in the Honda vehicles and the driver powered seats in the Acura vehicles may have been assembled with improperly manufactured rivets. In the event of a crash, the rivets can break causing the seats not to be secured to the floor. I still believe the Ridgeline could be a contender in the small pickup segment, but overall sales do not reflect that belief. To date 2019, Tacomas have sold around 228 thousand units. To date 2019, Ridgeline's have sold only 30 thousand units (source: Good Car, Bad Car). I believe that it is due to the perception that the Tacoma is more of a "work" truck than the Ridgeline. For example, Ridgeline's have DoNut for a spare tire, while Tacomas, Colorados, and Ford Rangers are available with full sized spares. As for me, I don't want to go off-road without a spare tire that can hold up over tough terrain. Do your research and judge for yourself. Choose Wisely! I am a Honda person and have had at least ten of them from the original Civic through a 2015 CRV. Honda makes great cars, but the Ridgeline is not a truck for anyone who needs a durable rugged truck for serious truck work. Below is what I think about the RTL I owned: My Ridgeline RTL interior was cramped especially around the driving pedals -- the parking brake pedal interferes with foot and leg movement. Try stretching your leg all the way out...tall guys can't do it. The tailgate does not have a lock--good for thieves to steal -- yes this does happen. Ground Clearance is awful -- 7 and a half inches. Several times when I pulled into parking slots the front end scraped on the cement parking barrier. So much for any off road fun. Spare tire is a donut and not really good for any off road areas. Option packages do not include an XM radio until you are in the RTL-T price range of $35,860. This is ludicrous, as the "lower" priced models of $30,000 to $34,000 don't have a decent entertainment system. Any vehicle that is priced over $30K should at least have an XM radio. Also who really needs speakers in the truck bed?? Towing capacity is very weak. Yes the RTL has a tow bar, but that is all. The RTL does not have an oil cooler or ATF cooler and did not come with a pigtail. The Pigtail is an extra $400 and there is no after market add ons for the oil or ATF coolers. An oil cooler and ATF cooler is not available unless you buy the $39,000 all wheel drive version. Yes this is true. Bottom Line: This "truck" is not a working truck. It is for people who like the image of driving a truck, but don't need the utility of hauling or going to off road areas. I would call this a Sport Utility Truck, as it is just another Pilot or but without the covered luggage area. Yes I owned a 2003 Pilot and it was better in all respects to the 2017 Ridgeline Honda had the opportunity to build a Tacoma crushing vehicle, but has instead built a truck that people can't decide whether it is a Sport Utility Vehicle or just a weak truck. When you pull up to a stop light next to a Tacoma, Tundra or F150, you don't have the height of a real truck and it is not usable as rugged, durable, truck. On the positive side...my wife liked it.

dashboard problem
With less than 1000 miles on my new 2017 truck I get a message on my dashboard between the speedometer and the tach that there is a problem with just about all the systems on the truck. There are no problems , but the computer says there are. Something is wrong with the wireing system . A new wireing harness must be ordered. I will update this to see if this cures the problem.

Water,water,everywhere
Bought the especially designed top cover for the bed because the ad said it would protect and keep your belongings DRY.mine got soaked. The dealership only gave me a partial refund and explained the difference between waterproof and keeping things dry! After market people are afraid to touch it because there is a slide in bed protecter and they do not know what is behind it.So I am stuck with an open bed.and the dealership will not help.A fantastic truck is being ruined by a dealership and a leaking bed cover. Over a year now.truck is great.Cannot go shopping and open the tailgate to the side without drawing a croud.Truck rear cover Leaks everywhere have large plastic containers to keep my stuff in the bed dry.never contacted by dealership or Mr Honda about leaky rear bed cover.

(Updated again, two-and-one-half-years in)
The view below is essentially unchanged. The vehicle itself is what it is, the "infortainment" system remains as useless as ever, though its annoyance has been limited by my simply ignoring it: whatever you do, don't pay a single penny to upgrade to it: that was a $10,000 error on my part. And AWD is NOT 4WD, as you'll learn, but the trade off is in better mileage. Would I buy this truck again? Probably not, though it serves its purpose as a mostly-highway vehicle with the capacity to haul lawnmowers and snowblowers around to dealers for service, and it handles deer carcasses with more ease than the trunk of my former Accord. Reliable, though; no mechanical problems. I'll bump my grade to a B. Original update: I originally labeled this truck a "huge disappointment" - I'll modify that, slightly, after a year living with it. The milage is a huge improvement over my previous Ridgeline: 25 mpg mixed mileage, and 29 highway, vs 15 and 21and the performance is good. I still hate, hate, hate (!) the touch screen navigation/radio system: can't see it in sunlight, impossibly complicated to access while driving and the supposed alternative voice-command system is useless. There are some engineers in Tokyo or Ohio who should be led out and shot for this, and I would never have purchased this vehicle had I been aware of the system's flaws. As it is, I've learned to just use my IPhone for navigation and sound, and leave the damn thing (which added thousands to the cost) off. A/C is still feeble, seats are poor, ground clearance is too low (though I kew that), but the side-hinged tail gate and bedwell remain, which were the features that originally sold me on a Ridgeline. I'll give it a "C", compared to my original "F".

Ridgeline
Good so far, hope it holds up to other hondas in reliability. Now over 8000 miles, no issues. Now over 18000 and going strong. Have 27000 miles on it, find the gas usage gauge runs 3 or so miles more than you actually get. Now 37000 and still going strong. Did mileage to gas in tank mileage check and got just over 26 miles to gallon driving from Montana to Texas. Purchased December 2016. Now at 52000 and no issues, still tight and everything working without issues. 58500 miles still going strong with no issues. Right at 65000 miles everything still tight without any issues. 82000 miles had one issue with alarm going off which ended up being a module which wasn’t available for a period of time. Several complaints of issue on both Pilot and Ridgeline but no recall on part yet. Otherwise still running well. Still running strong at 85000. 89000 and running well.

it's wide! Wider than my Tacoma
It's really wide compared to Tacoma. I needed a truck to be more compact for historic city driving and parking and I was more focused on the length than thinking of the width when I bought it. Now that I have it, I realize that the extra few inches make a big difference. While it adds to comfort, it makes driving narrow streets and parking more difficult. Also with all that width it would seem like honda could have fit more storage nooks into the rear door panels. Overall it's a nice truck and has a great ride and I was suprised at how fast it accelerates compared to tacoma. While I got the highest trim level, I'm disappointed in some of the material quality (although I also own 2 BMW's and an Acura - so i may be a little spoiled by them). Another complaint is the arm rest set up - I miss a full size console.

Ridgeline or Tacoma?
The Ridgeline is a little quirky looking. Kind of SUV with a truck bed but it is very practical with all of its features. Example- I will get much more use out of AWD then I ever would out of 4 WD.

Sweet & simple, Works & hauls like my old Tacoma
Truck bed needs better rails to accommodate racks, (rails are angled underneath and need to be squared to fit standard bed accessories) different or additional tie down configurations. Sliding rear window needs to be available across all the trim levels. Cup holders in the doors need to be deeper, water bottles keep flopping around when you drive. Heated seats need to be on a timmer to shut off after a extended amount of time, plus they don't really get that warm to begin with-(but I do have seat covers) you can barely tell they work. AWD needs more ground clearance (I added a 1.5” front and .5” rear lift kit) for extra assurance on those rough dirt roads (like my old Tacoma prerunner). I do love the smooth and quieter ride than my 15 year old Tacoma. Visabilty is great. Love the two way tailgate and trunk. Oil filter is in a poor location for regular maintenance. I had power steering cooler leak and a bad front bumper sensor, both covered under warranty. Better gas mileage than my Tacoma, almost 25mpg on last trip. I love the rear flip up seats to haul extra stuff (to keep locked up and out of bed). Tailgate handle needs a lock like other trucks. Update: Just under 50,000 miles and my Ridgeline developed a oil leak at the oil filter housing. Oil leaks all over the oil filter housing and the inner CV boot which needs to be cleaned at every oil change. After doing some research online it turns out this is a common problem with Honda V6’s used in the Ridgeline, Van and some Accords (I believe). Come on Honda you know this is a bad design or common problem why hasn’t there been a fix? The only oil leak I developed on my Tacoma after 100,000 miles was a rubber cam plug on cylinder head which was fix with a little sealer. So the “O” ring style gasket for oil filter housing needs to replace soon before it starts making a bigger mess all over the engine and drive way.

Should have studied it more
I have bought more than ten new Accords and Fits and always been please completely. Buying the Ridgeline was a mistake I made. It seems to me to be mostly plastic and not designed with the owner in mind. The engine has a timing belt rather than a chain which will require substantial cost in the future if I keep it which I probably will not. The engine is covered with a shield that is secured with rubber grommets that came off and went flying when I removed it. It was difficult to reinstall. The bed is slanted such that it holds moisture and dust. It is difficult to get in and out of the drivers seat. The view out the back window is restricted by the head rests. The road noise is more than any vehicle I have owned but I understand some think this is from the Firestone tires. The ride seems floaty like being in a boat. I thought I was buying a Honda truck but instead got a Honda car with a partial truck bed that seems to not be designed by the Honda engineers that structure the cars. The bells and whistles are far too many and seem to be added in some cases because they could be rather than being needed. The instructions of using them take time to comprehend. The selection was my fault for having owned many Hondas in the past and never having to investigate the quality of any of them. Study the vehicle in depth before buying and you may be very pleased but as it is different so do not assume it is like prior Honda vehicles you may have owned.

Quality control
I have no power to the trailing wire harness. I cannot believe that a quality control issue has come up straight from the factory. This truck should never been sold without a thorough check of all the systems. The dealer is ordering a wiring harness but this issue should never had been allowed to leave the dealership or the factory for that matter. Not very happy and will consider another brand in the future

Its great for guys like me who spend most of the day in the truck, need car comforts and a truck space for jobs.. Love the huge storage under the bed and the tailgate which opens both ways. Gets me 22 mpg in city! Very smooth like I'm driving a car. Only minus could be the low ground clearance which some guys might need, I don't do any off road stuff so I'm good..

RTL-T Perfect Mix
My 2017 RTL-T has just the right mix of features for what I need in a truck ...and thousands less than a 2019. Mostly use for kayak/fishing transport, moving stuff from storage, bags of mulch or loads of plants and “stuff” from the big box home store. Very quite and comfortable ride. Love the in bed trunk and two way tail gate. The “T” has the perfect mix of extras without every new bell and whistle.

Great vehicle for a pretty good price.....
I bought a year end 2017 Ridgeline. Honda over all doesn't discount their cars much like the American auto makers do. They only produce a curtain number of cars and don't give huge year end close out discounts - but with that said - I got what I thought was a fair price on my Ridgeline. Somewhat no pressure - from what I hope is a great dealer ship - outside to the Phoenix areas - High Pressure - "what can you afford per month" approach to trying to get you into a car. I'm a bottom line type of guy. Show me the bottom line - Not what my monthly jail term payment is going to be. We'll see how the dealer ship is after I have some service work done. I've owned a 2006 and a 2007 Honda Ridgeline - the model redo is some much nicer. Interior is nicer. Exterior looks great and it still has the trunk and dual opening tall gate that i love. I'm extremely happy with my purchase!!!!!

Perfect fit for my needs
What can I say! I can’t believe I got a truck with everything a truck offers except it has the comfort of a luxury car! That tailgate and the extra trunk for storage is the best!

A Mid Size Truck That's Doesn't Feel like a Truck
I was looking for a midsize truck but didn't like the idea of rear wheel drive w/ 4WD. The Ridgeline with AWD fit perfectly. I wanted a long bed so not a crew cab. But the Ridgeline crew cab has a lot of storage under the rear seats and a flat floor. The truck bed is also flat. The tail gate opens to the side as well as conventionally. The in bed trunk is huge. The 2017 Ridgeline is a very comfortable SUV with a really big trunk.

Awesome transition from my sedan
I had previously driven a sedan and did not want to give up the comfort or drivability when transitioning into something with capabilities for more carrying capacity, camping trips, road trips, towing a small boat, etc. Bought the 2018 Ridgeline and it offers it all with the comfort I haven’t seen in other trucks. Only thing I’ve disliked so far is the ugly grill. Too odysseylike. They need a blacked out option.

Best Riding Truck Ever
Have owned numerous pickups over the years. Most recently an 03 Tacoma for 14 years until totaled. New Tacomas are nice but the ride leaves a lot to be desired. After researching and test driving the Ridgeline I was sold. Bought it for $2874 under listwith only a CD player added. I would recommend buying the rubber mats on Amazon. Genuine Honda $68 less than dealer. 5 days after picking it up left on a trip from Ct to Sc. Total of 2200 miles driven, what a pleasure. My wife couldn't believe the ride quality. Averaged 24.6 combined for the trip. I know of the complaints about the premium info center but my model is older with knobs. Does everything I want. I never took the Tacoma off road nor towed with it. The Ridgeline is a perfect fit for what I need a pickup for. Weekly runs to the recycling center with occasional trips to HD or the garden center. This is the type of vehicle most pickup truck owners actually need. Updating review on 9/4/17. Still give truck 5 stars across the board. The more I drive the Ridgeline the more I enjoy it. Have added a hard tonneau cover since first review. This keeps the bed dry and the tailgate secure. Using the truck for trips is great. In the summer heat with the A/C on I have turned the econo mode off for better acceleration and betterA/C performance. I don't know whether it's because of the engine breaking in or the bed cover but latest trip over same previous route to SC increased mileage to 26.7. Again this truck is perfect for my needs. Have owned the Ridgeline for a year now. No problems what so ever. Continue to use the truck for trips and now have over 15,000 miles on it. Would change nothing. Still averaging over 26 mph on the highway and just over 19 in the city. Saw previous complaints about the heat. No problems in that area and I live in CT and had a very cold year. Usually set the heater on auto and it maintains a constant comfortable temp. Did add splash guards and this seems to minimize mud being thrown onto the rear quarter panel. I continue to enjoy the driving experience. Truck continues to perform. Have taken numerous long trips and gas mileage remains constant. Have not experienced any problems with the truck and now have over 28,000 miles on it. I would still strongly recommend the Ridgeline for anyone that it more interested in ride and on road performance than someone who wants a certain look and may go off roading. I have yet to take the truck off of a paved road. Latest update. Ridgeline now has over 34,000 miles on it. Continues to preform flawlessly. Most of the miles are highway, between Ct. and points south on the east coast. As previously stated the mileage and ride comfort are the two strongest points of ownership that impress me. Latest trip I averaged 28.4 mpg highway and at times without the a.c. On attained over 30. Truly impressive. Have just purchased a 2019 Accord but my wife and I believe the Ridgeline is superior on long trips. Zero problems as far as maintenance is concerned. I plan I having this vehicle for a long time. Four years and six months later the Ridgeline continues to impress. Zero problems. Ride is still above any other truck I have driven and better than so cars. 44,000 plus miles and the mileage has actually gotten slightly better. Still a great road trip vehicle. Currently have 60,000 miles on the Ridgeline without one issue besides normal maintaince. This is the best vehicle I have ever owned. Eight years of ownership without an issue. Now have 62,000 miles on the truck, still love it. Have no need to update.

Loving my Ridgeline
So much better than the Chevy Colorado it replaced. More room, more comfort, better handling, great storage and bed space. No locking tailgate is the only negative i can find and i just ordered an OEM lock kit so that will be done. Honda's certified used warranty is nuts. 7 year 100000 mile power train and 4 year 48K mile total vehicle warranty from in service date. Made more sense to buy a 2 year old truck with 13K miles than a new one. Very happy so far after 3 weeks.
