Used 2010 Honda Pilot Consumer Reviews
2010 EXL-w/RES
I love driving this car. It rides excellent and I am still finding cubby holes for storage. I do not have any issues with the vehicle and love the way it looks too. I went from a 2007 Chevy Avalanche to this. The mileage is excellent compared to my truck. It is way more practical than the Chevy. Plus my Chevy was starting to get the 60k issues all Chevy's get.
'09-'10 Pilots Pull to Right
While I very much like this SUV, we too have experienced the mysterious pulling to the right noted by other owners. In fact, we noticed it in several 2009's we test drove before eventually purchasing a 2010. Funny thing is, we specifically tested this while test driving and it was either not present or not pronounced enough to be readily noticeable. Our Pilot had just 15 miles on it when we bought so I'm wondering if this is something that gets worse with mileage? Just returned from 500 mile round trip on freeways and driving straight requires constant pressure left on steering wheel. Have not returned to dealer yet but given the numerous reports, I doubt it's an alignment issue.

Touring Model makes the difference!
Just bought the car 2 days ago, so far so good! I love the features on Touring model like the trip computer, NAVI hands free caller ID, easy to to use compare to my Nissan hands free. When my kids are watching the DVD is not comfortable, they watch it sideways, need to fix that they ended up sitting on the 3rd row. Set up my iphone in less than a minute as well as my garage! I will drive to Orlando and i will write back after the trip!
Great except seats
Rides beautifully, feels solid. Love the electronics, power liftgate, sound system. Acceleration seems fine for a vehicle of this size. Have not noticed a consistent road noise problem, occasional loud tires on certain pavement types. Only real complaint is seats-too aggressively bolstered in back, near juncture with seat back. Either need less aggressive bolstering there, or perhaps seat should be wider in back. Still experimenting with cushions/alterations of upholstery.
2010 Honda Pilot
The 2010 Honda Pilot is a very reliable vehicle to own. It has great handling and it feels very solid on low traction road surfaces with 4WD. The 2010 Honda Pilot has good looks and has an incredibly comfortable and spacious interior. It is a large vehicle, which is safer in accidents than a smaller vehicle.I love everything about this vehicle except it's V6 engine. It takes longer to "pick up" speed than V8 engined vehicles. *If only Honda could make the pilot with a V8 engine, it would be a fabulous vehicle.* To be honest, the Honda pilot's V6 engine is quite lousy compared to other V8 engined
