Used 2019 Honda Odyssey Minivan Consumer Reviews
So much better than the 2018!
We’ve been driving a 2018 for the past year and I just bought a 2019 and it has been so much better! The biggest difference has been the infotainment system. The 2018 was laggy and would have to reset (stop the car, shift to park, turn off the car, open the driver door for five seconds, and then restart the car again) all the time- and when you’re in the middle of a road trip and the dvd system goes black or the sound turns off, it is super frustrating. This 2019 has been exponentially better! I know there was a recent software update that came out so it that may solve the problem on the 2018s but our experience with the 2019 so far has been awesome. The Elite literally has all the functions of any other top brand vehicle and it’s so comfortable to drive. One more note is I always assumed the vacuum was just a gimmick but it actually works great. Definitely buy an Odyssey. 10/20/21- Update, I ended up taking the 2019 to the dealer on three separate occasions to fix infotainment issues (the same issues I was trying to avoid when I sold my 2018 Odyssey). Must be a major issue because I received a mailer talking about a class action lawsuit about the issue. Other than that, the Odyssey hasn't had a single problem. I have been looking at trading to a 2021 Toyota Sienna but it feels like Odyssey still has the edge. If the next Odyssey update (in 2023 or 2024) doesn't have a hybrid, I'll probably move over to Sienna at that point.

A Technological Marvel
If you buy this van with navigation and the entertainment system, you will be very happy. We have a 2019 with 57,000 miles and it's been a road warrior for our family of 7. Runs great and has never left us stranded once.

Perfect Vehicle for a Busy Mom!
I absolutely love this van! My top pros: It has so many bells and whistles. The turn radios on it is awesome. Super comfortable Top cons: I wish the headlights came on with remote start. When the windows are locked, the driver can’t even roll them down. I would love to have stow-n-go middle seats! Overall this minivan is amazing.

Seat Removal is only for Hulk
The back captain seats are extremely hard to remove. Much different than 2010 that I previously owned. It’s a puzzle for extremely strong people to solve. Very frustrating! Especially due to the fact that most of the people that own Mini Vans have multiple small children
