1000 miles so far, excellent...
I was wary of the vibration issue for the 2015 so I waited for the 2016 to come out and some indication from Honda that a fix was applied. I can tell you that my car is not vibrating excessively, either at idle or driving, at least it's not noticeable to bother me or my passengers. MPG is good, I can get 32 on the highways, 26-28 otherwise. Car handles great, accelerates sufficiently, and just feels good to drive. I came from a 10 year old Accord and I can tell you the resale values on Hondas can't be beat. I don't expect reliability issues, knock on wood! Headroom is good, storage is more than enough for my needs, and I feel safer with AWD. Stereo sounds good with the upgraded subwoofer, climate controls work as expected. Rearview and blindside cameras are very well integrated, I miss them sorely when I'm driving a vehicle without them now. Leather seats are comfortable and feel good even with long distance driving. Few nitpicks, sunroof feels small compared to some of the competitors. Also, the navigation system really needs an update, I can't believe they charge 1500 for it, doesn't read out street names and cross streets are sometimes labeled, sometimes not. The touchscreen interface is confusing and takes some time to learn. Road noise is a bit loud at 60-70 mph, but I'm used to a sedan. Hope this helps some prospective buyers!

Good Vibrations!!!! (none)
I was very uncertain about purchasing the CRV due to numerous bad reviews about vibrations. Extremely happy with the purchase. No vibrations. It handles well and is getting the mpg as advertised. Lots of gadgets to figure out. The only negative is a subpar navi and poorly designed buttons/controls for the radio/nav system.

You want an honest, unbias review....read this one
***UPDATE*** The seats are not that comfortable for long drives. They arent miserable...but any rides longer than 4 hrs i find im ready to get out asap. My 2005 lincoln ls sport sedan was 10 fold more comfortable than this for comparison purposes. Other than that...everything review is the same...... Dont let any woes of the vibration issue of the 2015s keep you from a 2016. Also, dont believe any crap you hear about Hondas Real Time AWD not applying power to the rear wheels. I will break it down for you as im very picky about what I buy. Get the EX at a minimum. The bang for your buck will prevail here, as for 2200 more dollars, you get heated seats, keyless entry and pushbutton start, sunroof, auto headlamps, LED daytime running lamps, fog lamps, a larger 7 inch screen to utilize your backup camera better, you also get the passenger side lane changing camera as well with the EX, you get the alloy wheels instead of the steel wheels of the LX, and there are a few more extras you get. for me, the foglamps, auto headlamps, sunroof, and heated seats were worth the extra premium. Lets talk vibration in the 2015s. Honda was aware of the issue. As with any new design (the Earthdreams VTEC and the CVT were new to the CRV in 2015) there will be bugs that need to be worked out. Coming from older vehicles (07 Camry 4cyl) and being an automotive enthusiast, I honestly would expect some vibration from a 4cyl at idle in gear. I mean most of the issue comes from lower rpms and not the right motor and transmission mounts for the vehicle. Honda has taken care of the issue for good with the 2016. They changed some mounts, upped the idle RPM (causing a EPA estimated MPG decrease of 2 on the sticker). The end result is simply NO VIBRATIONS IN 2016. Moving on to the drive-train. This direct injection 4 banger and the CVT is the best thing since baked bread. This CRV will FLY if you want it to, or it will milk 30mpg plus (seen 33mpg on back roads already). I was a little nervous about the CVT and reliability...but this type system has been used for years in other vehicles and even farm equipment. And to add is has less moving parts, therefore if anything were to go wrong, less would break and it would cost less to repair. I love how the RPMs stay constant all the way to your cruising speed (all relative to how hard you are pushing on the accelerator). The new direct port injection engine is able to pump out 185hp at 6100 and 181tq at 3600. They are able to achieve this with higher compression 11.1 to 1. this vehicle still just uses 87 octane gasoline. Be aware the motor produces a loud tick from outside the cabin, but inside...you never hear it. this is normal for this motor. The AWD. Dunno how else to say this...but it works as it should in REAL WORLD circumstances. Yes it is FWD and the rear wheels are engaged at the presence of lost traction. But, in real world it works...and requires no engagement from the driver. It works so well that as a driver you would never notice it. Dont believe the YouTube videos you see online making the CRV look like its failing. You weren't there to verify everything is as they present it...so pay no attention. It works. And if your AWD were to be having issues, a dummy light on the dash starts blinking 'AWD' to let you know it needs service. One of the greatest features of this 2016 CRV (i think Honda has used it for years now though). The Maintenance Minder system (MM). Do away with the routine 3 or 5000 oil changes, and do away with the recommended maintenance guidelines in the back of your owners manual. The CRV and its onboard computer keeps track of how YOU drive, YOUR driving conditions (ambient temperature, engine temp, drive time, speeds...etc) and will let you know what needs to be done and when. this means you might need your oil changed every 4000 miles, or 8000...it all depends on how your driving. and the CRV is smart enough to do the work. Some of you might think this is annoying, but as far as i understand if you dont follow the MM and take it to the dealer to service, your warranty will be void on the vehicle. The dealer has a tool to reset the MM and tell the computer the service done to the vehicle. I would consult the dealer and service department for more details, but the system is designed to save you money and keep you from doing unnecessary maintenance. Im a DIYer but i am going to let the vehicle tell me when and what needs to be done. For the cons. I only have 1. at speeds of around 50mph and greater, there is a draft that comes in from the door pocket under the door handle. im sure this is purely for vehicle ventilation because things cant be airtight...but when its cold out you feel it. im gonna see what i can do to eliminate it. for now we have a towel on both doors there. not a big deal...just wrong spot to have a draft.

Intelligent car and quieter - Mediocre Technology.
The road noise of the previous model CRV was very annoying. We liked our previous model but would not have purchased one if the road noise was not significantly improved. Fortunately, the 2016 is quieter than our previous model. I am marginally impressed with the electronics package on the Touring model we purchased. Adaptive cruise control, lane monitoring alarm, "Lane Keeper" that nudges the car back to the center of the lane if the driver lets it drift toward one side of the lane, smart audio system even talks to a smart phone to initiate Pandora without having to touch the phone. The USB port allowed us to put dozens of CDs on a stubby USB memory stick (MP3) and play them whenever we want. However, the audio quality is poor and the user interface to the radio & SeriusXM is awkward. The interior of the car is nice and comparable to our previous CRV. We did purchase the top of the line CRV - Touring version - so I can't attest to the interior of other CRV models. Another thing that could be better is the navigation display. It is hard to identify streets and the labeling on the navigation display is hard to read. Considering the rest of the car is very well designed, I am surprised at the shortcoming of the navigation display. However, overall we are happy with the car.

DEFECTIVE ENGINE
Vehicle 4 weeks old, 678 miles, vehicle clonked out on the interstate. Towed to local dealership 76 miles from home. Computer scan indicated major engine problem. Advised it would take 2 to 3 days to determine what the problem is. Major engine problem in a new vehicle? No info upon contacting dealer for 4 days. Finally the 7th day of calling was advised that valve spring had broke. Working with Honda Tech Service to determine what caused the problem. Contacted Honda Customer Service to document problem. Told repairs would be made to our satisfaction based on warranty. Our stance: defective engine, defective vehicle. Asked for new engine or new vehicle, no way. Requested technical info from dealer to support diagnosis. Never have received. No contact for 3 additional days until I again called dealer. Stated that they had ordered new engine heads but were advised that was not available due to model still being produced?? Advised they were receiving parts to rebuild cylinder that had the broken spring! "Band-aid fix"!! Customer service confirmed heads were not available. Told that it would take a while as Tech Service was trying to determine in it was a defect in the spring. ANOTHER WARNING SIGN! 3 more days with no contact or information. Left message with Customer Service with no reply in 3 1/2 hours, called again. StronglY requested that a new vehicle be delivered and that Honda could take forever to research. Answer NO! They have had no contact with deal regarding update of issue, would follow up. Day has gone by, no response from either party. Into 3rd week since car breakdown and have no idea of solution. Cannot believe the complacent attitude of a company like Honda to deliver customer satisfaction. Did not purchase a $36,000 vehicle to get THIS!

VIBRATION ON IDLE - 2016 HONDA CR-V! :-(
2016 Honda CR-V Vibration Issue - More than two months ago, I started to notice a slight vibration under my driver's seat when at idle, e.g. sitting at a traffic light. Shortly thereafter, I received a notice from AHMC regarding a software update that needed to be done ASAP on my vehicle. The notice mentioned that, "the software in the PCM causes a low pressure problem in the CVT. This may allow the belt in the CVT to slip. If the belt slips, you may see a surge in RPM when driving at highway speeds. If the belt slips the transmission will be damaged and DTC P1890 (the CVT speed control system) will set." The software update was completed about a month ago and since then, I have experienced a more pronounced vibration under my driver's seat and even into the front passenger seat. The intensity of the vibration varies, but it has not gone away. Now that I have hit the 5K mile mark and had my first service done, I am afraid that the older the transmission gets, the worse this problem might become. The service advisor told me that the software update had nothing to do with the vibration issue, but I am not convinced. Before buying this vehicle, my research indicated that many customers with the 2015 model started to report the vibration issue right around this time (5K miles + or around the first scheduled service) and for most, the problem became worse. I am convinced that these issues are related to the new CVT transmission that was put in the 2015 and 2016 models. I have always been loyal to the Honda brand and I really like my vehicle, but I am starting to regret my purchase!!! :-(

SWINGIN LITTLE CR V
I like the larger size tires, would recommend them. We are older and it is easier to get in and out of. The radio is great, enjoy sirius and all the options. Would have liked to have had the auto rear door opener. All in all the car is great, has a great ride and easy to handle. Plenty of horse power, get up and go. All around, a nice car and very quiet in the cabin.

What a Gem!
This is an update from a previous submission when our 2016 Honda CRV Touring was only a couple months old. It now is 9 months old with about 11,000 miles on it. It has been driven in all sorts of conditions and weather, including a trip from Ohio to Florida and back again. I am happy to report that this vehicle is better than ever and has performed flawlessly. The Honda Sensing safety features have proven to be quite impressive, keeping the car in its lane on the extended highway trips, and a couple of times the autonomous braking system deployed rapidly enough to prevent accidents we might have otherwise been too slow to prevent. This crossover is the perfect blend of car-like performance and ride coupled with utility, AWD, and abundant amenities. I've had a lot of nice new cars over the years but none have been better than this in this price range.

More that we expected!
Having owned only Acura for the past 11 years (MDX and TSX), decided to replace the TSX for a smaller SUV. RDX was tops on our list along with the Mercedes, Lexus and BMW small SUV examples. After test driving all and researching ownership history comments, we decided to purchase the CRV Touring AWD model. Very comfortable for both my wife and I. She being 5 ft. and me at 6 ft., first time she did not have to place a pillow under her "bu" to adjust for height. For me, having more headroom than all of the other vehicles under consideration was a real surprise. We love the shifter knob's placement (leaves more room between front seats unlike the long console found in most vehicles.) I will admit that we had to purchase the top end of the CRV line to have the power rear lift gate button, Honda's Sensing package and AWD, but we saved as much as $14,000 considering the other vehicles. We have not sensed any transmission vibration whatsoever. Acceleration is great. LKAS, Forward Collision Warning, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Departure along with the AWD is a very high end suite of technologies and not something I expected for a CRV, but only available in the Touring model. Resale value is superb. Some of the negative elements are radio; the sound sucks. Unable to adjust. Very disappointing and an easy factory fix if Honda was serious about sound. (Side note is that my MDX radio sucks as well. TSX is the best of all three IMHO); Just don't understand why they would skimp on this. Technology challenges: Becoming familiar with all of the electronic features has been truly very challenging. Text messaging/Email phone feature very impressive, but it will take you awhile to figure out how to set all of the electronic features to work as you wish. Honda Connect, Honda AHA etc., instructions are mind numbing to get up and going correctly. The Honda Support line folks have been excellent and really take the time to work with you live, in the vehicle, to set everything up so without these folks, my rating would have been less. Patience is key here or you will wish you never purchased this vehicle. Would have like a backup sensor beep for objects in rear. Again, not sure why Honda skimped on this very important safely feature. Overall, with the exception of the electronic setup challenges and understanding how all of the features connect, you will love this automobile. BTW.. You will be able to disconnect the Adaptive Cruise Control feature to have standard Cruise Control if you drive around town more than on the highway. No one at the dealer or on the phone could figure this out for me, but I finally did on my own. Press the ACC button for one second and you will be able to use Standard Cruise Control. Press button again to return back to ACC for long distance driving. AWD on this vehicle is awesome. Would like to see an electronic display of the AWD in motion like my MDX's SHAWD, but it is what it is for 20K less! :)

Nice car; with some problems, though.
Bought 9 months ago; it's been a good car so far. There's some niggles, though; I won't sell it any time soon but I likely won't get another, either. Pros: 1. Well made, with thoughtful comfort features (other than the info/entertainment system). 2. Can be zippy off the line with enough gas pedal, not really a sporty vehicle though. I like the CVT. 3. Great gas mileage on secondary highways - I commute 70 miles on 35-55 mph roads every day, I get a consistent 36-37 MPG. *BUT* see cons below.... 4. Nice to drive. Hard to quantify, but it's become the favorite car for everyone in the household, beating out the previous number one, a turbo Jetta. 5. The right lane camera is nice, now that I've had it I want it on my other cars. 6. With real snow tires mounted, it could go ANYWHERE in the winter - here in NH, that's saying something. Cons: 1. Info/Entertainment/Bluetooth system. Good sound, but otherwise poorly thought out; have to pay too much attention to it while trying to drive to get it to work at all. Voice recognition works about as well as it does in my 2011 Odyssey - ie, not at all. I've given up on the phone menus; I dial from my phone, it's easier and less distracting - Google Voice actually works. 2. Honda iLink is only useful for iPhone, not Android; I realize iPhone has 60% of the North American market, but what about the other 40%? 3. You CAN attach an iPhone to the screen, but only if you buy a $150 cord. 4. Poor shoulder-check visibility. Good thing there's a right lane camera, but needs one on the left, too. 5. And the biggest problem, IMO: Freeway mileage sucks - I get 27 MPG on 75 MPH freeways (compared to 37 mpg on 50 MPH roads). My Odyssey, a vehicle twice as big, gets exactly the same. The engine may not be quite big enough for the vehicle at these speeds, the aerodynamics may be optimized for city driving, the AWD may introduce too much drag at freeway speeds - just guesses, though. Conclusion: - Good grocery-getter vehicle, especially if you are and AM radio type; you don't cotton to that consarned "technology" stuff, and "Blue Tooth" is something that happens after you get into a fist fight. - Not a long-distance highway cruiser; look elsewhere. The poor mileage suggests the car is working too hard at normal interstate speeds. - Honda needs to hire some human interface engineers and completely re-vamp the entertainment system interface.

Enjoying my new CRV
I finally traded in my 2005 CRV for a 2016 SE AWD model. Overall, I am very satisfied with having decided to by another CRV. The ride is much more smooth and quiet. It feels like it handles much better. The interior is a step up in quality and feels more roomy. It's getting better gas mileage by about 4 mpg. And I finally have blue tooth and a backup camera. I chose the SE model because I wanted the larger, nicer looking wheels. Although the EX has some very nice features, I didn't feel like they were critical for me. While, I couldn't be happier with my choice, there are a few points about the vehicle that I am a little disappointed with. First of all, there seems to be less visibility behind me when I am backing up than I had in my 2005 CRV. I know there is a backup camera, but it's new to me and still hard to judge what it picks up and where it has blind spots. There is less window area in the back, and I am still trying to get used to the driver side mirror that is split. Secondly, there is less room to stash my stuff up front. There's a center console with two drink holders, some shallow storage spaces, and a covered deeper storage space that doubles as an armrest. My old CRV had a fold-down tray in place of the console and gave me plenty of room for my purse, other bags or books I might be carrying, etc. The acceleration can be a little sluggish when I want to get out of a tight spot, but that has been typical with all of the Hondas that I have owned.

2016 Honda CRV Touring FWD
Love the car! There really isn't much about it that I could complain about. In town I can get 27 plus if I really watch how I drive. Haven't really had it on the highway so far, but I have had one tank that came out to 31.4, with a combination of city and highway driving. Things that I hope Honda will include in newer models would be front passenger power seat. At least make it an option. Also a camera in the drivers mirror, like the one on the passengers side. It's really nice to look at the navigation screen and be able to see down the side of the car. It eliminates blind spots!

Fuel leak Honda blames on RAT!!!
My wife smelled fuel on our 2016 CR-V at 45,000 miles and just under 2 year ownership. We contacted the local Honda repair that said, before ever looking at it, that it sounded like a rodent had gotten to it. We took it to our "family" mechanic who said the fuel line had a hole but did not see it as a rodent damage and he could repair for $740. We then spoke to corporate customer service and They would refer to a supervisor but wanted diagnostic from the Honda dealership so we paid a tow of $80 to get it there.Sure enough it was diagnosed as rodent damage. We spoke with supervisor at corporate who basically read a script and was generally rude to my wife. I understand it was not under warranty - barely - but to be rude, and assuming in the case of the service department, displayed very little care or concern for us the customer. They want over $1300 for repairs. We are now working to get insurance to cover it while we are without our car. At least the local dealer is providing a loaner while this is all worked through with our insurance. This is my first and will be my last Honda ever. Even found online that a recall was done on 25,000 2017 CR-Vs for fuel line leaks and there is a pending law suit related to strong odor of gas in Hondas, which Honda denies is any problem. So much for how great everyone rates them. Not our experience at all. How disappointing.

60 month test drive
After completing a 4 year test drive on a 2012 cr-v, my wife was so satisfied that she wanted another one. I'm delighted with the changes after experiencing zero problems with the 2012. Now there's heated and power seats, color outside cameras, and the best blindspot camera. The touch screen for radio and syncing your phone are excellent. Now I’ve kept this one with only oil changes for upkeep, happily, until new ones arrive at the dealers, once this microchip crisis is over. Plus, due to car scarcity, the resale has skyrocketed.

2016 CR-V View from the Experience of a 2003 Owner
Love Hondas. I've had four of them. I loved my 2003 CR-V. After 13 years, it still ran great. It never demanded much maintenance. It just seemed time to get another. I bought a 2016 CR-V EX. The drive is smooth with a little wind and outside noise. It turns easily, which is good for U-turns and pulling into parking spaces. Gas mileage is better in the 2016. With the 'econ' on, it gives 30+ mpg in the city as opposed to the 23 mpg in the 2003. The 2016 feels roomy and gives the sense of being strong and solid. The seats are comfortable. What's wrong with it? What do I miss that my 2003 CR-V had? What I loved about the 2003 were the storage areas, big and small. That set it apart from just a regular car. The 2016 has less immediate cargo space. I expected the back seat to pull forward, if necessary. It doesn't. The backs of the seats do fold down perfectly flat, however, which will help for really large items. The 2016 has fewer little storage areas in the front. The center console typically lifts up and has a little storage room; but, because all the electronic ports are located in there, it doesn't have much room for storage. The glove compartment is adequate. The small cargo area, the glove compartment, and the small console area--that's it for storage. I miss the little niches in the corners of the console/table of the 2003. I slipped the handles of litter bags in those niches. Now I hang a litter bag on the blinker stick. A woman needs a litter bag in the car, particularly when her passengers are children. The rear door lifts up just like every other SUV. The 2003 rear door opened out. A door that opens out means it can be hip-bumped shut when your arms are full of grocery bags and other stuff. A door that opens up means you need a free hand to lower the door or push a button for it close. It means another trip to the car just to close the rear door. These are minor issues. The 2016 runs smooth and feels tight, secure, and roomy. But, it seems Honda made the interior more like a car and lost some benefits of being an SUV.

AWESOME SUV! Better than the 2013!
Traded a 2013 CR-V, EX-L for a new 2016. The new 4 cylinder engine and the CVT transmission are allowing me an improvement of 3.0 mpg better than the old 2013 model. Front leather seats are now perforated, better than the solid material of the 2013. The AC vent through the console to the back seat is a big plus for your back seat passengers. Road noise is still a big issue. Why can't they put more sound absorbing insulation and carpet in their best selling vehicle?? The new lane watch camera on the passenger door mirror is awesome! The 3rd/last line in the mirror image are perfectly aligned with the grill of the car you just passed. You know, like you were taught back in driver education! Awesome design! Not a fan of the new tiny console. Way too small. Went to five dealerships in one day looking for a white EX-L with beige leather interior. Not a single one to be found in the Houston area. A few days later, I was contacted by my favorite dealer that they had found one, obtained it, and were waiting for me to pick out the dealer installed options. Who knew that white with beige interior was so hard to find????

Nice SUV for the price may need little more power
Super good mileage compared to other same line of SUVs. I have a 2002 CR-V with 250K miles still running strong. So i pulled the trigger for 2016 CR-V with 0.9% honda finance. Nice features compared to price for EX AWD. i'm getting 26-28 MP in local(if i watch my foot) and 31-33 freeway currently. I heard about vibration in 2015 which screwed the fame of CR-V . looks like vibration reduced significantly in 2016 but not completely. I have purchased all weather mats(OEM) , Trunk Tray(OEM) and body side moldings(OEM) online and installed myself and saved nearly $400. I got a quote from honda care(online dealer) for extended warranty of 8 years/100k miles for $950 which was almost 50% less than my local dealer price. Upgrading to LED interior lights and custom fit seats to protect the interior from Kinds. So far so good . Time will tell about reliability :). Looks like other features in touring are really good if the price is affordable for you.

Dissappointed in my 2016 CR-V EX-L
Buying a new car you shouldn’t have to worry about mice eating it for lunch. My new Honda, along with many new cars is equipped with “soy based” hose lines that mice LOVE to eat. Donna went to hit the washer fluid lever and nothing came out. Instead the fluid drained down the firewall over the engine. My Honda dealer acknowledged the problem they have with mice eating the wires and the fluid lines. Now I have to find the anti- mouse tape and set traps under the hood of my CR-V at night! To say I was pissed was an understatement. The Radio and Satelite system SUCKS Wait till you "try to make anything work" while driving! YOU cant! You have to pull off tyhe road and figure out the screens! What a mess!

Some bad surprises with an otherwise great car
There's a lot to like about the CRV Touring model. But a couple things really surprised me - and not in a good way. I traded in my 10 year old Civic for this new top of the line CRV. I expected - silly me - that this car would have at least as much going for it as s 2006 Civic. Wrong. 1) on my old car, the "voice" icon button allowed me do all sorts of things - including change radio stations by voice command. With the new CRV, if you are in the GPS mode and you want to change to a specific radio station, you have to punch four buttons on different parts of the screen. Very unintuitive and difficult to do while driving. Why couldn't they at least install physical radio station buttons under the screen? You can use the "source" button and scroll through all your stations, but again, that means sometimes pushing 7 or 8 buttons just to change a damn radio station to the one you want. 2) The many (MANY!) setting displays for the dash are mostly superfluous and navigating through them is not easy. And I've yet to find one that prominently displays you speed -- again, a feature on the 10 year old Civic that worked well. Given that the speedometer is hard to read, there should be some other way to see how fast you're going. 3) The camera on the right side of the car for changing lanes and turning is great. But wouldn't one on the left side be even more useful? Why one on the right but none on the left? 4) The rear window is really hard to see out of, compared to many other comparable crossover makes and models. 5) Finally, I kick myself for not noticing that the storage compartments in the console and doors are teeny. Much smaller than the old Civic, and this is a much larger car. Is it too much to be able to carry a small pack of tissues, a pen, some change, a cell phone and tire gauge in your car? Update January 2017: The things that frustrated me before still do. And the displays are crazy. I needed to reset my warning light that tells me tire pressure is low. The buttons shown in the manual don't exist on my Touring model. It took the dealer 15 minutes to figure it out. It's hard to make the rear seat go down flat. The cruise control numbers starting appearing in kilometers, but everything else is in miles. Have spent way too much time with the manual and experimenting, and it looks like that will be another question for the dealer. And the rear visibility and blind spots suck - especially on the left. Update July 2018: Had an oil change. The dealer forgot to turn off/reset the service light. Looked online, called the dealer, nothing worked. Took the car in. It took an hour round trip and 45 minutes there. They said every model is "a little different" even in the same year. Have also noticed that on tight turns the front steering doesn't always grip and hold the road like I'd expect. Maybe I'm being picky, but I'd like to find a somewhat smaller, tighter, driver-friendly compact SUV. Update, January 2020: I always drive cars at least five year, sometimes ten. But I just never warmed up to this car and over a year ago traded it in. Thank goodness the CRV held it's value well. I was able to get a much smaller crossover vehicle that is fun to drive and doesn't feel like I'm driving someone's grandfather's lumbering station wagon.

I love my new CRV ! It has everything I want.
I wanted a 4 wheel drive vehicle with good (nimble) handling, reasonable gas mileage, good acceleration, up to date electronics and convenience features. I wanted a great backup camera, good airbags, bluetooth /audio that works flawlessly with multiple phones, easy loading and roomy space for groceries and large bulky items, and NO navigation. The phone navigation apps are better than anything built in to cars, and most navigation systems ( built in) are costly and out of date before the car is shipped. My phone has multiple apps, with better AI built in, and I prefer to use it. Bonus feature on CRV is the right blind spot wide angle camera that comes on the big screen when you signal a right turn, or push a handy button. Both side mirrors have these extra features to allow viewing your blind spots and cyclists on the road. the price is really good considering this is my dream car. I traded my Jeep Wrangler as down payment and only pay same loan payment. I got a better extended warranty, and the CRV is MUCH better than my Wrangler. I do wish that the CRV would have some of the newer safety features, like a warning tone when drifting our of your lane on the highway, and a warning tone when you are backing up and get too close to a fixed object.

For the money, a solid, tight, and comfortable car
Pros: - The doors close reliably with a nice thunk. - Steering is tight and comfortable at high and low speed. Visibility is excellent (I also like the two-part driver's side mirror). - Gas mileage is good so far, and acceleration has been there when I wanted it. MPG feedback has been very helpful in increasing average gas mileage. I like how the car can reset MPG statistics automatically when you refill with gas. - I LOVE the keyless systems: being able to touch either front door handle (with the fob in your pocket) to automatically unlock the door(s), and being able to start the car with the push of a button (no need to fumble for keys). Cons: - Tire road noise is a bit loud on the highway. But engine noise is low. - There is not quite as much room for stuff in the front cabin as we were used to in our Odyssey minivan, or Subaru Outback. Not a big deal, but noticeable. - The CD player is hidden behind the display screen, which has a motor that angles it out revealing the CD player slot... it works, and has not broken yet, but looks like it could be prone to breaking easily. - The touch-screen based controls for the audio system and phone are odd at times... they work, but I just feel as though they could have been made more intuitive in places. - Why do they have two screens in the dash? It's great to have the clock and compass heading on the top one, but I can't help but feel that it could display more information than it does. The lower touch-screen gets a lot of attention for audio station selection, MPG monitoring, etc. but the menus behave in ways that feel awkward in a number of situations (as a Windows/Android user). - The rear-view camera is great for safety reasons, but note that it is not reliable for driving in reverse: I have to turn my head or use mirrors to ensure I am backing at an appropriate distance from cars/objects on either side, but I do like having the camera to judge when my rear bumper is at the right spot (when to stop). - Had no choice about $399 security marking system add-on. Price listed below includes sales tax, delivery, security markings, and all fees. We did NOT receive a reasonable trade-in value on our old car. We chose a different dealer for our next car.

Serious vibration issue
Disappointed in the 2016 CR-V. It has a serious vibration issue. It appears that the vehicle was not designed to minimize the impact of the vibration of the engine and the entire car is constantly vibrating regardless of the condition of the road. In stop and go city driving it is less noticeable, but it becomes immediately apparent when maintaining speed at 45 mph and gets much worse at highway speeds - 65 to 70 mph. I did not see this issue mentioned in any online reviews and it was not noticeable in the test drive. I have subsequently discovered that there are many other CR-V owners with the same complaint and a class action suit has been filed against Honda. Honda acknowledges that the problem exists in some 2015 CR-Vs and claim they have developed a fix. They supposedly resolved the issue for the 2016 model, but that is not the case. Dealership has tried to fix it, but to no avail. It appears it is unlikely there will be a fix. In order to get increased fuel efficiency, they have sacrificed comfort for drivers. If you do any long range highway driving, I recommend that you do not buy this vehicle. I know many other loyal Honda owners and they have always been satisfied and impressed with the quality of the vehicles. Sadly, that is not the case with the 2016 CR-V. I will be getting rid of this car after owning it for less than 1 month.

Honda CR-V EX is a great value!
We researched all the competitors in the compact SUV class, and eventually narrowed it down to the point where the 2016 Honda CR-V EX was the only vehicle we were considering. Safety ratings were above all other competitors, and we really liked all the included features in the EX version and did not feel that any additional options were needed. We test drove it locally to make sure that we liked driving it, then began strategically shopping for the best deal. We loved the Edmunds "Price Promise" shopping tool, which really provides a great starting point for negotiating a terrific price. We got quotes from a few dealers through Price Promise, then emailed all the other Honda dealers within 100 miles of here to ask for their "out the door" pricing. We negotiated down the top two competitive dealers until they wouldn't budge any further, then contacted our local dealer (which does not participate in Price Promise) to see if they were interested at that price (which was about $1,800 lower than the original "invoice" pricing they had quoted us) and to our surprise, they were still excited to accept that offer. So, in the end, we paid about $700 less than the best Price Promise price, and got to buy it from the dealership right here in town. We could not be happier!

Just bought mine last week
Previously owned an 'o9 Honda Crv Exl with Navi and loved it! The best little car I've had so far. The only think I don't like about the new EXL, is the interface, like the radio and no on and off buttons! What's up with that! I wish they would go back to the -o9 interface on the dashboard. It was easy to use and had more features like: more stations, 6 cd holder, better controls, etc. This one takes time getting used to. It's as if they threw the dashboard together last minute with finger push accesse to music, navi...For the money, I would think that they'd make it more user friendly is all. Other than the user Unfriendly dash, it's a smooth riding car...so far! I wanted to buy one last year, but heard about all the vibration issues, so I really wanted to take this one for a lengthy test drive. It seems fine. Love the interior beige leather too. Another thing I'm not too happy with is the audio music!! Omg, do they put any speakers in the rear??? because if so, it doesn't sound that way. The more I write, the more I'm missing my old car! I'm sure I'll get used to all the so called "updated" features in time. It's a really nice car overall, but dissatisfied with the audio/navi... It shouldn't be that difficult

No Vibrations!
I was wary of purchasing the CRV due to the vibration issues noted in the 2015 model and was on the verge of purchasing a Toyota. I'm glad I stuck with my initial choice because after more than 1,600miles in my 2016 CRV EX FWD, there are no vibrations at idle or driving. There are some vibration as with any car but nothing like those mentioned in the 2015 models. The ride is excellent with good sound proofing in city driving. Parking is super easy with the rear view camera and the big side mirrors. Sufficient storage areas. I can get the MPG as claimed by Honday, which is excellent. It's very comfortable to get in and out of the vehicle and the features are much greater than other SUVs I have compared, for the price (Toyota RAV4, Subaru Forrester, Ford Escape).

The noise it's so loud I don't know if it's normal???

Drives great! Best features/price in class
There is no wonder this CR-V is a top seller and gets rave reviews from the pros. It truly delivers all a compact suv should be, space for people and stuff with a great ride. All of my passengers are 6' or so and have good space in pasenger seat and back seat. At least once a week I drive with three adults in the back row and while its a squeeze to get seat belts buckled, once they're in they're good to go. I cross shopped this segment heavily, even considered the prius v wagon, but in the end I found the CR-V so easy to drive. And while there may be others in the compact suv segment with lower starting prices for their base models, when you're shopping the top trim levels with all available features the CR-V is priced the best. The touring trim has leather seats , sunroof (wish it were panoramic), power liftgate, collision mitigation braking system (I actually saw this in action in my vehicle yesterday!), lane departure warning ( most others offer this too but I don't find this feature that useful), lane keep assist (most others don't have this and I find this VERY useful), adaptive cruise control (this is really neat, I've used this around town but really looking forward to using this on our long family road trips ) and that nifty right side lane view mirror, I'm really liking that. I'm getting good mpg too. I hesitate to even bring up the vibration issue everyone talks about in the 2015 model but I am a motion sensitive person and I shopped the CR-V looking for the vibrations since I was aware of what others had said, I can tell you it really is a non-issue in the 2016 and from what I understand those with the issue in the 2015 can go to dealer to have remedy applied. No vehicle is entirely still at idle, except maybe the Prius since it shuts off its engine but then that Prius sure didn't drive like this CR-V does :-)

returnng to Honda CR-V quality
Getting an internet quote gave us the best deal because the CR-V is rarely discounted. We bought the Touring model specifically for the extra features, particularly the sensing package, which, now that we understand them better are terrific. The touch screen on Navigation has some "buttons" too small for my fingers. Most of the touchscreen is easy to navigate especially for us over 70. Fuel economy is just as advertised and a big improvement from our previous 2 Chevy Equinoxs. The variable transmission sounds strange at first but sure does make acceleration snappy. Noise levels are quite good. We have not experienced the aforementioned vibrations. Plenty of head and people room! So far we love it! Side note: We shopped 3 dealers and in all cases the salespeople's knowledge of the newer features was not very accurate. 1 year update: We love this car and it is terrific in the snow. Our only complaint is that the navigation touch screen tries to be TOO intuitive and we have to back up and correct its erroneous assumptions at times. We still haven't figured out how to input grid types of addresses like 600 East 900 North. It gets confused and I can't figure a way around it. Several dealer sales and tech people can't solve it either. I called Honda USA's technical support phone but no one has returned my calls. Still and all, this CRV-Touring is a terrific car for us living at 6300 ft MSL in the Utah Mountains. We now have driven 37,000 miles and in our mostly rural driving environment we are consistently averaging 30 mpg. We had to replace the back wiper arm due to a car wash error but so far NO issues of any kind. The Navigation still tries to be TOO intuitive and keeps us from being able to program certain address types. Update 2+ years old now. We wtill love this car. Mileage in our rural area continues to average 30 mpg. NOTE: If you need to replace the windshield make certain that ONLY a Honda OEM windshield is used or the sensing features will not re-calibrate. There is nothing in the owners guide that tells you that. We wish there was an add on scuff guard at the tailgate to avoid chips/scratches when putting things in the back.

2016 CRV vibration issue still there.
I can said now that I’m a proudly ex-owner of a 2016 CRV (very expensive washer machine, massage chair…you name it), it was known to happen with the 2015s( service bulletin 15-046) but honda claims it was fixed(which is a lie), so I got a new crv 2016, my mistake, I only had it for 3 months and about 1500 miles but I had enough with the vibration issue, lucky me I felt all the 3 modes described in the 2015 bulletin,. The vibration started @ about 500 miles and getting worst every day, took the car back to the dealer (2 of them) first one told me it was normal, they all vibrate and this is a “characteristic of the car”, the second one agreed with me that it was vibrating but after 10 mins., came back with the same b**l S**t as the first one, what a waste of my time, I called honda and created a case, they assigned me a case manager that called me and kept repeating that’s a “characteristic of the car”( if so, how come is not listed in the brochure?), his only goal was to get me to agree with his stupidity, which I didn’t, I will never purchase a honda again, quality went down the toilet, is not a reliable car anymore and of course their service department sucks.

Dangerous during emergency maneuvers
If you are looking for A reliable around town car that you keep under 45 or 50 miles an hour, then this is a good vehicle. Otherwise this vehicle is very dangerous on curvy roads and on highways. Any attempt at higher speed, 65 mile an hour breaking or turning is quite dangerous. The brakes are non responsive and the body roll is excessive. Additionally, the front seats are horribly uncomfortable, there is virtually no usable cargo space up front and the headlights on low beam give no side illuminations. When you are turning a corner in the dark you could literally run someone over Simply because you did not see them. Good reliable around town car. Keep it under 50 miles an hour

3rd CRV and the Best one!
I wanted to upgrade my 2012 CRV XE AWD and looked at the Touring model for the past year. Key features I was looking for included Home Link, Blind Spot Mirror, automatic lift gate. What I did not expect is the Technology loaded touring model provided, including Nav, lane departure and speed control cruise with automatic braking. Better headlights and interior upgrades such as memory seats for driver and rear heating and cooling vent for rear passengers were pleasant surprises. Update- after 6 months of steady driving, I must say this is a wonderful SUV, I enjoy the features that were lacking in the 2012 CRV with the lift gate automatic opening being the best new feature as well as the safety features in this CRV The ride feels firm with 18" tires and the rims on the touring are much more stylish. Visibility is clear and good both day and night. Regarding performance it is a four granted but driving around town turn the econ button off and there is good pickup, when on the highway and cruising put the econ button on and enjoy the ride and save some gas. Looks could not be happier, got the silver with black interior and it looks great with some quality wax on it looks great. I look forward to having this CRV for many years and could not be more happier. After 2 years of ownership, still enjoy more CRV Touring, has everything I need and more. Low cost of upkeep makes this Honda a Great Buy. I will keep this SUV for a good amount of years, still love the looks and ride along with the many features. After 3 years of ownership still going strong great car, low cost to upkeep it. Looks still great and can't beat the features in touring edition. Had to have battery replaced but covered under warranty so that is good for another 6 years. Final review Car sold and went with Mazda CX5

Gasoline fumes in the passenger cabin
I leased my 2016 CRV in August of 2016. By November 2016, my husband and I began to smell gasoline fumes that would overwhelm the passanger cabin while the car was idling. Honda has admitted that it is a known problem with the 2016 CRV models. PLEASE do some research before leasing or buying. My car has now been at the dealership for FOUR WEEKS without a fix. I am paying for a car that I cannot safely drive. Prolonged exposure to gasoline fumes can lead to a variety of medical issues. With a one year old son, I refuse to allow him to be exposed to the fumes. I hope no one else has to experience the stress that buying a 2016 CRV has caused on my family.

Second worst test drive ever
Was seriously considering a new 2016 CRV. Went for a test drive and car had a obvious shudder or vibration around 35 to 40. It also had the a slight vibration while stopped at intersection. I would never buy a car that rode this poorly. I was driving home wondering if I was being too critical and realized my 11 year old Toyota rides way better then the new Honda.

Good car, good price
Bought an LX FWD for $21,687.82, not counting tax and license fees. I bought at the end of the month and bid it out to six dealers. Although this is the most basic CR-V, the features are quite good -- the only one I miss is hands-free entry, which is available on higher-trim models. One month in I'm pleased with the car in all respects except one -- that being that I find the steering feel to be rather heavy. Otherwise, everything seems fine. Gas mileage is amazing for a vehicle this size. Performance is quite good -- the CVT is quite peppy at low speed or from a start, though it still has that CVT high rpm response when accelerating from higher speed. The space in this car makes it practical for long trips or hauling stuff. Performance is good, and the 2.4L engine puts out very adequate power while getting good gas mileage. All things considered, this is an amazing value for a vehicle, especially the LX FWD. Update: I've had the car now for three years, and my excellent ratings remain. You could easily spend twice what this car cost us and not get equivilent reliability, driveability, practicality.

Never Again
Good vehicle if you live in city. Not good if you live in country in Wi., Mn., Mi. etc. The so called AWD system blows. I live in county. Driveway has hill. If driveway has ice front wheels barely enough to get up hill as they were spinning. Appears back wheels never kicked in. During winter there were times going into town or home and hoping didn't end up in ditch. No confidence in this vehicle. There are no indicators to notify the driver that the vehicle is in AWD. Driver has no idea when the vehicle is in AWD if it ever is. Do I really have AWD ? There are 1-2 sentences devoted to AWD in the owners manual. An AWD light will come on if the AWD system overheats. Bet this was done purposely(no indicator) do avoid law suit when someone gets in accident when the driver thinks AWD should have been in place when it wasn't. If you tilt the front seat back to any degree, which you will need to do if you're taller than 5'10", you cannot fold the back seat down as it hits the back of the front seat. Have 10,000 miles on mine and looking to trade in. Good gas mileage. Average 30-35 on highway. 29.3 overall since owning.

Pastor
The car is not made efficiently! I have 7,000 miles on the car today. I took the car back to the dealer for noise and vibration. I was told that they replaced the rear Heat shield and that the car was quiet. The car still vibrates at 1200 or less RPM. When I accelerate the noise of vibration is consistent until reaching above 1200 RPM and it runs with plenty of get up but then when descending down a slope the car vibrates and the noise is loud. I have yet to feel comfortable in the car after adjusting the driver seat up and down tilted forward or backward. It simply is not comfortable. There is road noise as well in the cab of the car! It's like driving with the windows open which is not advisable since I live in central Pennsylvania and the temperature is 32 or less. I am totally disheartened by the purchase of this vehicle. I am frustrated every time I have to drive this car. I am totally disappointed and feel cheated in pursuing a new car that I could retire with and not have these concerns and issues. I would not recommend to anyone the purchase of this car and this is my second Honda. Bob Henry

The word for this vehicle is "Nimble"
We traded our 5 year old Accord for this new baby and after three weeks of ownership the opinion is mixed. On the positive side this is a very easy to drive and very nimble vehicle, zips around corners easily and the acceleration is great. Ride comfort is okay, not great -but the noise level is a little much for an SUV of even this size. Our first three weeks average mixed mileage is 27 mph driving fairly conservatively, so not sure where that wonderful reported 32 mpg is. The most annoying thing about this vehicle is the controls for the radio and heater- big huge buttons for the temperature control but tiny little useless dials for the radio volume and channel control. Yes if you're not driving you can do lots of things but easy control for the driver does not exist in this vehicle. In addition the braking is very choppy- but perhaps this is due to the newness of the vehicle. We hope to love this vehicle eventually.

Disappointed
I have owned/leased 4 Honda CRVs and my current 2016 has been disappointing. I have had electrical issues such as 1) bad alternator , 2) bad battery, 3) faulty alarms; and two of the 70,000 mile tires failing at 45,000. The navigation system is difficult to use (I love the Waze app that is user friendly) and get lost frequently. The radio system is also poor. The Honda service personnel are outstanding and very pleasant, professional and proficient; whereas the Honda salesman disappear when there is an issue and/or when you request consideration due to your current experiences and being a long term customer.

Noisy Ride
I purchased a 2016 CR-V EX-L AWD after reading good reviews and seeing so many CR-Vs on the road. I am somewhat disappointed that this brand new CR-V is so noisy to drive. The cabin is so noisy while driving, it has taken the joy out of driving a new vehicle. I took it back to the dealership and their service technician said that the noise is usually road noise because of tires. In fact when the service shop swapped tires and mounted wheels with the tires from a Touring model, the cabin noise was markedly reduced. Reporting the issue to Honda was no help. So I have to live with the noisy ride for next few years until I need to change tires. So, I recommend that if you want a quieter ride, buy a Touring model.

Still have the vibration problem
We just got this car a week ago. Did not feel anything when test driving it but feel the vibration the day after purchase with only about 100 miles. What we found out is the vibration only happens when the car is in gear at idle. After doing some search on the internet we found a lot of complaints for the 2015 model but not for 2016. The vibration is similar to a lot of comments people said about 2015: only happens at 600-700 rpm after the car is fully warm up. Went back to the dealer twice already and finally got the manager tried it with me and documented the problem. However, we were told this is the characteristic of CR-V and there is no fix at the moment. They can only file this complaint to Honda and wait for the update. I am surprised that I did not find complaint about it for 2016 on the internet yet. My guess is it probably a lot less severe than the 2015 but you can definitely feel it. The good part is I can turn the heater to maximum to bump up to 700-800 rpm then the vibration goes away but the VIBRATION DEFINITELY IS STILL THERE! Make sure that you test drive it on highway and local for at least 20min before you decide to buy it.

flashback to the '90s
We had to quickly make a decision about our old car (saab) and if it was worth putting money into it. Nope, we decided best to move forward and get something a bit roomier, 4 cylinder and with "no frills." Settled on an off lease 2016 CR-V LX, 2wd. I like this car because other than the direct injection engine and CVT - there is nothing "super fancy" on it. Steel wheels, cruise control and AC - I"m good. Dont need anything else. Took a while to get comfy in the front seat (not as nice as the Saab's but pretty supportive overall), and had to absolutely put on a steering wheel cover. The steering wheel feels like a kids toy/rough plastic - but now better. It is easy to change the oil and tires are a common size. Visibility is excellent and the backup camera (my first in a car) is nice - good enough, I dont need a big honking 18-inch monitor for backup camera! Seat material is very nice - hoping it olds up well and doesn't get stained too easily. Car came with rubber floor mats and although nice, they increase the internal noise a bit (sounds reflect rather than absorb as they would on carpet). Nonetheless, its a nice place to be. Heater takes a while to heat up but that can be quickened if you disengage ECON mode for first few minutes of driving (higher revs - heats up motor faster). rear cargo room is good. Rear seat room is good. My boys are pretty tall and they are happy back there. I was disappointed there was not a setback pocket on either seats - i know its the base model, but come on now! Whatever, got a cheap organizer from Walmart for $10 and call it good. Driving dynamics are solid. If you want to loaf around, put it in econ mode and she's a gentle cruiser. If you need some more pep, like on windy roads, merging on busy highways, inclines, whatever, then just shift her down into S (sport) mode and the engine rpms will be kept a bit higher and drastically improve merging/acceleration/"holding gears" (although it is a CVT). I found the stock tires to be acceptable. Probably will replace with something a bit softer sidewall as they tend to bounce and transmit road noise. OK - lets be clear, this is somewhat of an economy based SUV (not really, just a tall wagon) - noise in the cabin is not great. Its absolutely acceptable but a bit more noise dampening would have been nice. That said, it is comfortable and adequate. Storage cubbies are adequate. The central console is good enough and the glove box is on the smallish side. Plenty of door pockets. Overall, I'm happy with this car. It doesn't stand out from the crowd (go to any grocery/big box store and you'll likely see at least 1 or several other "somewhat silver/greyish" CR-V's in the parking lot. I generally enjoy driving it, and it is a good fit with our family size (4). If I had 3 kids I would probably be better off in a minivan. I think of this car as the "spiritual successor" of my trusty old 1993 Subaru Impreza wagon. That car was kind of a simplistic, but reliable and somewhat utilitarian car. It didn't have too many bells and whistles but it did its job well and with no fuss. We purchased this 2016 as an off-lease car in January 2020 with ~ 19,000 miles on it. Decided that I preferred the 2.4L engine as compared to the newer turbos. I "wish" it didn't have direct injection and a traditional 5-gear automatic transmission, but I'm hoping it will be ok in the long run. There are a couple of hundred of these for sale in similar vintage/mileage and all for about the same price (as of 1/2020, about $17-$20K depending). I think for that price, its a decent all around. Is it an EXCEPTIONAL vehicle? Nah, not really. But its like your old mangy mutt. No one gives it a second look but you love it, and would do anything for it, and it has your back. We found the newer CR-V's to be a bit on the pricey side and this year/mileage was a good tradeoff of price/newness/reliability (perceived or otherwise..time will tell). FWIW, a large percentage of the engineering staff at work also drive Hondas with a number of CR-V's in the parking lot. So - all that said, I think the CR-V is a solid choice. Some people prefer the higher trim levels with AWD and additional safety nanny stuff, but for us and at this point in our lives, a basic, FWD, LX model was the right choice. I hope it gives us at least a decade and a half of good service! Update after a year of ownership: it’s a decent around town car but the seats are not comfortable for more than two hours. It’s an ok car.

Choosing The Honda CRV-AWD Is A No Brainer!
The Honda CRV-AWD is an excellent choice for your next car, It is a great car on all road surfaces. I wish it had a bit more storage room, up front, in the driver's compartment. The rear of the vehicle is loaded with storage areas; I love the pull down seats for big hauls! I am getting 28 mpg overall. My previous car was a hybrid, so I am spoiled. Make sure you drive the car in ECO; there is only a slight drop in power, and you do pick up almost 2 mpg highway and just over 1 mpg city. The ride is a bit stiff and bumpy, but by no means uncomfortable. The layout and engineering on this vehicle is magnificent. I am very pleased with my purchase of the Honda CRV-AWD SUV!

Horrible Engine Vibration
The engine in this 2016 CRV vibrates considerably while stopped in drive and foot on the brake. The front seats vibrate to a point that causes my legs to go numb. The doors and center console vibrates, as well as the dash which is creating a noise from the dash/steering column area. The dealership says this is normal, but I wonder what component/s this vibration will cause to come loose later on--electrical connections, fuel line connections, a/c connections, etc. (not to mention my legs)? I bought this CRV because of a presumed reputation, but am left gravely disappointed. I will never buy or recommend Honda vehicles.

Great small SUV. I love it.
I'm a senior and traded in an old Acura TLS for the CRV. It's the perfect height for seniors to get in and out of. Fuel economy is really great especially when running in ECON mode. It's the perfect size for me.

Great Value
Great value for the price. Love my crv- the only reason I gave it an overall 4 is because of the significant blind spots due to the rear side windows. With the new safety standards I'm not sure what Honda can do to avoid that. For you musicians out there the trunk space fits a full size tuba without putting the seat down!

She'd be 5 stars if she weren't so noisy
Although we have had her for just 2 weeks, and we are still learning about her, we find her to be a good addition to our family. In fact she is just about perfect for an all around vehicle, provided you aren't looking for high end performance. But she does have a down side. She is noisy on the highway. Tire noise makes you pump up the volume, whether you are having a conversation or listening to the radio. If Honda added some sound insulation this would be a 5 for us.

safety features are great
The forward collision warning is great. An oncoming car made a sudden left turn and before I had time to react the brake came on. It is comfortable and the driver side mirror has literally no blind spot. The lane departure warning is a nice feature. There are 2 types of cruise controls. I had a BMW X5 and I am really pleased and surprised with the great value features. I am getting on average 28mpg. sometimes on longer drive 36 mpg

My Last Honda
This is my fourth crv, and Honda has ruined it. It vibrates, hesitates, and has a general lack of power. The trim and interior look cheap and the new electronics suck. The superficial design flaws completely obscure the fundamental design flaws. I will be dumping this piece of garbage as soon as I can, as Honda will only fix problems that are life threatening.

Vibration problem
My brand new 1026 has a vibration problem (so no the CRV vibration issues have not been fixed). It idles very roughly. When we brought it to the dealer they just told me that's how the car is and that there is no fix. The transmission also seems to have issues. Black carpet is also terrible, they should offer more carpet options. The noise while driving is pretty loud, you can not have a conversation with someone in the back seat. We chose the CRV over the RAV4 because we liked the styling of the Honda better-I should have known better.
