We have only owned the car 3 months, but it is a delight to drive, economical (28MPG highway), well- engineered and comfortable inside.
it is ok but needs improvements

drive smoothly but high level of noise, engine should be more responsive (i.e. faster acceleration), already the model has two recalls, stereo needs more power.

This is my second CRV. I've had NO problems whatsoever with my 1998, so I just had to get another one. Of course, we kept up on all the maintenance and will do the same with our new CRV. Now that I've owned a Honda, no other vehicle will do!

my car is great... its a '97 and it still runs smoothly and is very reliable. i love to drive it, its an easy ride. wonderful car - but im biased ^_^

I love the pick up that my CRV has. My friend test drove it on a ski trip and tells me she will buy this CRV rather than the Ford she now drives. She preferred the handling and pick up that the Honda has over her Ford SUV. I bought it because my back hurt in my old '92 Accord. Now I drive pain free and have the added advantage when I shop for groceries to be able to load the groceries without bending over. I couldn't be happier with my choice. Honda always makes a great product and both my husband and myself love driving my new CRV.
