Just recieved my Hybrid and this thing is wonderful. Well appointed, has spunk and no passing problems. The car is the first that is so relaxing, and comfortable and very very very quiet. It actually is more quiet than my wifes Mercedes E class. What I love about this car is just how relaxing and quiet it is to drive. I think Ford hit a home run on this thing. Mine is a 2017 and is averaging 40.1 mpg around town and highway. Stout paint job with just the right amount of chrome. Well done Ford!!!!

Was SE now Platinum!

I owned a 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid SE model and really enjoyed the ride and the great gas mileage (48MPG). It was nice and ran well. I drove 99k miles and only changed the tires once during the third year of ownership and never had to change the brakes. So when I decided to purchase another Fusion I thought about the Plug-in Titanium....however I was able to get a great deal on the Platinum Hybrid. I have only owned it about a month and I LOVE IT! The tech in this car is amazing to me. Self-parking, Stop and Go Cruise Control, Lane Keeping assist, Heated and Cooled seats. You have 8 color choices for the internal lighting. 2 Memory settings for the Driver seat, remote start with the Ford App (also scheduled starting). Auto high-beams...auto windshield wipers...Blind spot detection....Sensors for parking and really good gas mileage. The down side is the gas mileage...only owning the vehicle a short time, I think I got better gas mileage from my previous hybrid...this car could be heavier. The Stop and Go cruise control can be very aggressive and you have to pay attention if they are large gaps in your commute, meaning the car will take a few seconds to recognize the car in front of you is slowing down if you are going 70MPH and there is a sudden shift into slower traffic. The Stop and Go cruise takes a little getting used to because it feels unnatural, that being said I use daily in my commute to work and rarely have to use the brake or gas (My commute is at LEAST 1 hour and 30 minutes one way). I will update this review in a year.

Great Hybrid

First hybrid I have owned and I love it! It feels close to being a luxury car. Gas mileage is nearly 45mpg the way I’m driving it. The only negative, if there is one, is that I have to grow accustomed to the acceleration. It is a bigger car so in EV it’s understandable that it isn’t as quick off the line as I’m used to with a gas engine car.

low maintenance, dependable, no issues so far at 75,000 plus miles. Repairs so far replaced rear axle brake pads and had rotors turned. Otherwise my Ford Fusion Hybrid has been a pretty reliable car.

Big Car with a High MPG!

I consistently get 38 to 40 MPG with my daily commute of 23 miles one way, 25% local roads and 75% freeway. You are getting a hybrid, so expect not so good torque, but for a daily driver, it does the job. It's a big sedan, so fitting 5 full size adults is no issue. One thing to note is the trunk space, coz the hybrid battery is stored there, you will get probably 30% less space compared to a full size sedan. I love this car, it fits my needs. If you don't have a heavy foot, does not overtake and normally do 60 to 70 mph on freeways, this is perfect for you!
