Traded in my GMC
I was a long term GM owner, but jumped ship after my 2019 2500HD did everything but push me out the door and back over me I realized (maybe late in the game) that you can’t buy ANYTHING new these days and expect it to work like it did 20 years ago As for this Ford, it’s “lurchy” when you momentarily take your foot of the gas and it’s like the transmission slips a bit It’s strange how slow it reacts when you start from a parked position My drivers side power window is failing with 2500 miles on it. The 120vac outlet on the dash would be a good idea if it wasn’t so underpowered You feel like you might fall through the bed the first time you walk on it. Ford still isn’t smart enough to put drain holes in the bed so make sure you park it on an incline when it’s going to rain Maybe if Ford (and others) worried less about collecting all your personal data and more about quality we’d all be better off
Not a good start
Charging light came on , No AC and no power steering. Only 294 miles on truck. Broke down 109 degree heat in AZ.

1400 miles air conditioner quit
Less than a week from purchase and 1400 miles air conditioner quit blowing cold. Dealership service dept says yeah we have had several issues with the compressor and clutch. Then says that part is on back order and we can’t say for sure when it can be repaired. Why are they being sold knowingly with defective air conditioner system?

APIM MODULE AND NUMEROUS OTHERS ISSUES
I have a brand-new Ford F250 King ranch Tremor with 5000 miles. I drove off the lot and wind against the window caused a rattling noise to my trim on the inside around the window. I was told it would be 2 weeks to get it in. (fixed it myself). Recently my screen and all of the controls on the center dash went dead. I did a YouTube search and found it is an APIM issue with a lot of vehicles, so I took it to the dealer. they tried to reprogram the APIM, sat there for two hours, said it didn't work and to bring it back in a week and they will have a thumb drive loaded that will work. Went back and again after 5 hours and it didn't work. Once again, said bring it back in two weeks and they will install a new ethernet cable, this whole time I told them that the APIM was likely the source of the problem. They said they know that is the problem, but they have to follow Ford recommended service protocol. They said once they replace the cable and it doesn't work, they will have to order a new APIM module that is currently on back order, they don't know when it will be received. I called ford directly and they said sorry but that is the protocol they must follow. So, my 95k truck has no radio, phone, navigation system, camera systems, cruise control etc. I Paid 95k for a truck that is pretty much a brick on wheels, I could have paid 40k for a plain jane truck and been better off. The Engine has a ticking sound, The Ford dealership mechanic said its definitely something in the fuel rail system, Said it isn't showing an engine light or codes so there isn't anything he can do about it. He said when the engine light comes on just bring it back. Rear end has a nescience sound when taking corners, no clue what that is. With the truck parked, you can grab the driver's side rear tire and shake it and hear the sound. I pull a 5Th wheel RV full time; I would like this 95K Truck repaired in a timely manner, so I'm not broke down in the middle of nowhere at 2 am. 2024 F250 KING RANCH TREMOR

Problematic new truck
Less than 8k mile and several issues are popping up. Excessive backlash in the rear end Rear end oil leaking Transmission downshift at wrong speed and then tries to compensate by jumping through a couple of gears, this causes the truck to buck back and forth. Brake system warning light, Brake pedal pops and kicks back on the foot, when applying the brakes or makes an unusual electronic sound.
