Lots of Problems
It’s been one repair after another for the last 4 years on my F150. Transmission, Ecoboost, solenoids, converter, leaks, you name it. Mechanics don’t like it because the codes aren’t specific enough like other truck models. Some problems were major safety issues like the transmission shifting to first at 70 mph. Two model years were recalled for the problem but not the 2015s even though it was the same exact part. My advice, if you own a 150, trade in after 5 years before the issues start. They don’t have longevity. Mine is only at 100,000 miles.

CAUTION
I bought my F150 new in 2015 and it had 127,000 miles on it when I put in reverse to back out of my driveway. I accelerated just enough back out of my driveway and when I did, my truck shot off like a rocket going across the street into the neighbors yard hitting a utility pole busting the utility pole. The utility pole went across the top of my truck busted my windshield the damage to the front end on the insurance adjuster looked at it he totaled it due to severe damage. Up until that point thoroughly loved my truck had no mechanical problems with it. I did some research and there is a sensor that controls your accelerator which evidently malfunctioned turn my beautiful Ford F150 into Dave pick up damaged beyond repair I did some research to see if there had been a recall on such a sensor, and there has not been a recall. I filed a report with the NHTSA so that others may not have to see their pick up totally damaged.

Great mpg
I had a 2005 Subaru Outback 3.0r wagon. Great vehicle but the mpg was bad . I traded it in for a new to me 2015 for f150 crew cab 4x4 short bed truck with the 3.5 ecoboost. And in the high way I I’m getting just over 20 mpg competing to my old Subaru that was getting 14.5 on a good day on the highway.

Fantastic truck
I have been a Ford person for over 30 years. I have a 2001 F150 with 430,000 miles on it. With no major problems. Just Main This 2015 F150 has been in the shop for a failed coil. With only maintenance since bought. Ford does make a tough truck
Ford F150 Lariat FX4 - comfort & Off-Road ability!
Over the 6yrs I have owned this truck, it continues to demonstrate better capability, longer lasting quality of parts, and improved craftsmanship as compared to the two GM pickups I previously owned. The 3.5L 6cyl twin-turbo has superb torque and will get up and go if needed, while still getting close to 23mpg on the highway at reasonable speeds. Should have switched to Ford a long time ago...
