Used 2014 Ford F-150 Regular Cab Consumer Reviews
Brakes are insufficient for weight of vehicle
The rotors warped when the truck was new and with no wear on the brake pads. Dealer turned the rotors and they warped again. Ford refused to replace the rotors. i took it to a repair shop and they installed better rotors and I have had no problem since. Cost $1400. I had other warranty complaints as well. Very poor warranty. Dealer's response was we fixed it like Ford told us to. "Not my problem, talk to Ford." That's Freeway Ford in Denver. Stay clear. buyer beware. I am adding this in 2018. The work I had performed (upgrading the rotors) solved the problem. Ford nor the dealer did nothing to help.

I'm LOVING IT!
I have NEVER been a fan of FORD.......EVER! This is my first truck. I bought my 2014 truck last year in February (2015) and have had it for a whole year and I can't say enough on how the handling is and how reliable it is. I LOVE the space in the back...........all the things you can imagine I have done.....LOL! J/K The drive is great, although it can use a handle on the driver side, too, to get in. I have four kids all under the age of 12 and they definitely love sitting in the back. It tows my jet skis and my travel trailer just fine. No problems yet with the engine as with any new car, but I will definitely be back on this sight to rate it again in five years. ;-)

Almost Perfect F150 Tremor
Bought my Tremor used in June of 2015 with 2,500 miles. Great deal as they were not popular but for me the perfect truck. Only needed regular cab, wanted 6.5 bed. Wanted some nice options and great engine with power and acceleration. Truck has overall been everything I wanted. All positives in that it’s reliable, no real repair costs (just normal oil changes and tire rotation), great ride and comfortable given it’s a truck. Excellent power, excellent for hauling and loading. Really like the SYNC. Negatives, warped rotors at 6,000 miles which is crazy. Couple other things are not real negatives but, have a whining sound when in 4wheel drive which I am told is normal. Interior has a ton of plastic, but if that was a concern plenty of aftermarket parts to modify.

Great Ride
A buyer will get a lot of pickup for a very reasonable price. I purchased my STX at the end of the 2014 season so it was very well equipped with an excellent purchase price for a new vehicle.

Ford built for life
I've had trucks my whole life and I'd never switch to another make such as chevrolet dodge etc ford trucks have been amazing to myself and my family pulls the load better then anything I've used. If you own a camper or any trailers I recommend a f150 beautiful trucks and will get the job done. My old trucks engines started going bad and still fired up and got the day done still got my job done and still made it home ford puts quality into their engines transmissions and trucks I trust ford and you should trust ford. Ask dealership about powertrain warranty and I guarantee you'll get a new ford f150
