I bought a beater
I bought this truck with less than 1000k miles. lucky i got the warranty on it, because the engine had to be replaced after a month. The previous owner did not take care of the truck. Overall i love the truck, but I've had to put a couple thousand into it.

Great Truck so far
Bought 2010 XLT with 4.6 3v to replace a 2008 ranger. Previously had 2005 STX 4x4. This is by far superior. Plenty of power, rides like a car, smooth shifting, quiet cabin and decent fuel mileage for a full size. Getting about 17.5 so far but it isn't broke in yet. The 08 ranger only averaged about 16.5 with the 4.0 v6. The improved braking system is very noticeable. Sync is one of the best features available. Ford should make it standard. It is somewhat hard to find on STX and XLT's. Got a great truck at a great price. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a truck.

Not much trouble making my decision.
Having driven all brands pickup trucks in the 1/2 ton size it wasn't difficult to decide the F150 provides the best bang for the buck. While the Dodge rides equally as well I'm concerned about the reliability and performance of the coil springs used in the rear suspension. Ford's bed access tailgate step is so convenient and makes entry to the bed extremely safe and easy. The rear view camera is the best of all trucks. The superimposed lines that help direct you also should be on all cameras. Ford sets the Standard and by not taking Government money I feel I'm supporting a company that fends for itself by improving quality and performance. No comparison to the ride over rough ground.
Great Truck
Great truck to drive. I drive around 5000 miles a month, so I want something that got good gas mileage and was comfortable to drive. I am so glad that I bought this truck. Most of my driving is on the interstate at 73 mph and I have been averaging between 22- 23 mpg. Last week I loaded it down with 10 large valves and drove 350 miles, I averaged 21 mpg. Can't believe how much leg room for the people in the back seat
Great work truck
