Issue With Transmission Fluid Leakage
Issue With Transmission Fluid Leakage = Automatic transmission seals replaced TWICE additionally (transmission fluid leakage around the transmission bulkhead connector sleeve which also had to be replaced). Jerking on gear changes service done to lubricate the draft shaft additionally I had the drive shaft coupler/boot replaced.

The Beauty of it
The one thing i know from a 96 to a 04 to a 2010 f150 is that for knows how to make a truck to withstand all the elements and still have a beautiful look about it. Yes you can have style and durability all in one. The f150 is to me the very best truck on the market, may not be the fastest or the sportiest but incorporates enough of all to well round the truck. You cab add so many aftermarket parts and accessories to just out right make this truck a masterpiece. Its just the beauty of the design. I'm in love for life baby. Thank you Ford, oh and by the way " didn't need no bail out money"

2010 F150 super crew platinum
Original tires wore out at 33k miles , headliner saged after 41k miles (Ford now uses Velcro to attach headliner to roof...REALLY?) after 2 trips to Ford they finally sent it to upholstery shop to glue headliner. Now at 46k miles passenger heater and defrost are out! this is my 5th F150 (all bought new) since 1998 and is my LAST...Ford , I've had it...next truck/suv won't be a Ford. Oh and the 2005 F150 i had the transmission went out at 20k miles and even though it was under warranty it was a NIGHTMARE getting Ford to replace it...after 8-9 trips to try and fix it they FINALLY replaced it...think long and hard before you buy an F150

Nice truck but
Strengths of the 2010 Ford F150 CrewCab are the exceptionally large and comfortable back seat, the keypad door lock, and the smooth and comfortable ride. Controls are confusing, but you learn. At 5500 miles the newly design sealed transmission starting leaking transmission fluid. It is a good truck if you are close to a dealer who can keep it running.
