Traded a 1997 for the 2004. Big difference in ride and handling. I usually drive to work and back, sometimes carry a few to lunch. Great comfort. Loaded 1300# of sod on the weekend and pushed it up towards the cab. Hardly knew it was there. 5.4 Triton is powerful. Stops on a dime with change.

my family have been leasing trucks from ford for about 10 years. We finally decided to buy a truck for 6 years. I think we made the right choice though. its comfortable. The first thing we did was have a road trip, and it was extremely comfortable! It rides like a cadillac. well I hope many more people buy this truck. Oh! there was one problem, since we got a flare side, we still don't have a bed liner that fits!

I recommend the FX4 model, and the 18" wheels. This truck turns heads Big! The interior is great design. This is the 4th F150 (all different years) I have owned and they just keep getting better.

I had my FX4 for about two weeks and I love everything about it. The styling is perfect, interior is inviting, and the ride is second to none. The truck exceeded my expectations. Looked and compared trucks with Nissan and Chevy, but they were very cheaply built.
