Used 2004 Dodge Ram Pickup 1500 Regular Cab Consumer Reviews
Love that hemi
Compared to other trucks I have driven (and I've driven most) this thing handles well and will really move. Style listing is incorrect and not available to choose from. My truck is a SLT short bed with the 5.7 liter Hemi. The Hemi has lots of torque-very smooth power! I have timed it a 6.6 seconds 0- 60. Nice interior design and comfortable. Mileage (after break-in) is up to 17.4 with a bed cover installed. Was 16.5 without. (in both cases the mileage represents a very light foot on the throttle-hard to do with the available power. You could easily get 13-14 if your not careful.
LOVE MY DODGE
LOVE THE DESIGN. LOVE THE WAY IT HANDLES. GAS MILEAGE NOT PERFECT, BUT WHAT THE HELL. WHAT IS? I THINK IT IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL TRUCK ON THE MARKET. SOMEONE ASKED ME HOW MUCH REAR END TORQUE IT HAS. I SAID WHO CARES, I RIDE NOT HAUL!

Kicks arse
I am a second time buyer of Dodge pickups. The first was a 1996 Dodge, both have been short boxes. The first I still have, just decided to get another. The first has almost 95,000 miles on it and is still trouble free. This one I fully expect the same of. The styling is great, the motor's performance is fantastic, and the whole truck is a real trip to drive. KUDOS to Dodge, great job!
Traded 2002 for 2004 Hemi
I've had great luck with all my Rams, however this new Hemi is just fun to drive.
Ram
In the 7 months i have had my dodge ram, it has been great. I have always wanted one, and now i do, its my first new car, and i cant complain. Few minor things such as no power locks/windows, or cruise control, but those i could live with out. I think those things should be included in base models, my 82 camaro had power locks and windows. The gas mileage i thought would be better, but for city, its not great. Gotta love that Ram look!!
