Stow and go seats sell this vehicle!

We have very large dogs. We need lots of open floor space, easy entry, easy maintenance interior. We drove everything that could fold flat or nearly flat the 2nd and 3rd row seats. The Himalayan climb Into some of the vehicles when the seats are down is not reasonable or practical. Other vehicles leave big gaps when the seats are down.. The new power forward 2nd row seats that tilt are also not particularly useful to us. We really wanted all the technology and leather seats for the front with a clean, comfortable rear area with ceiling air. The Pacifica was the most logical choice. It handles well, is a comfortable ride, has every technology feature we would have gotten in a Volvo, Toyota, Benz or GMC and at a fraction of the price. The real rubber is going to hit the road when we see how the quality is over time. We keep our vehicles for up to 10 years. I have no doubt the resale won't hold up as well as some of our other vehicles based on what I saw for used pacifica's but I didn't pay as much up front either. We looked seriously at everything from the GMC Tahoe, Benz GLS, Volvo 90, Toyota 4Runner, Sequoia, Sienna and Highlander and Honda Odyssey. Stow and go seats are the number 1 selling feature. Floor lays low and flat with seats stowed. 3rd row can stay up and you still have a trunk. Tons of space. Leather heated power seats and steering wheel. Giant power moonroof. If it runs and the electronics hold up you can't beat it. Oh and 28 MPG. Fingers crossed it is the gem it should be. I might actually be able to survive the minivan stigma.

Fire Risk

2022 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Touring L 4dr Minivan (3.6L 6cyl gas/electric plug-in hybrid EVT)

We have had so many issues with this minivan. Since purchasing we have needed to be towed twice because the computer detected an issue with the hybrid battery. After having the hybrid battery replaced (which required us to go 2 weeks without the vehicle), now we have had 2 separate recalls due to a fire risk. The latest still has no fix, so we are unable to plug in the vehicle or park it near buildings or other cars. This recall has been open for more than two months now with no update from Chrysler. Stay away from this vehicle!

Car doesn't have 7000 miles yet and this car already had so many problems, i had to replace both Batteries before the car even had 5000 miles which I paid out of pocket since the avrage time to get an appointment at a Chrysler service center was between 1 to 2 months and the Batteries were completely dead. transmission is horrible, jerking, hard shifts, failure to shift gears when needed, etc. The suspension is horrible when I drive on the slightest bump or pothole you feel like sitting in a loose box of matches, evrything is shaking

I bought my wife the highest-end 2020 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. It has been in the shop nearly seven weeks out of about 130 weeks of ownership. Its transmission failed at 42,000 miles and the warranty is positively worthless. It has been in the shop where they have been trying to replace the transmission for the last 51 days, while we walk to school and the grocery store. We bought a new van to avoid this. Now I wish I had my wife’s 16 year old highlander back instead. In fairness, Chrysler did offer us $50 per day for ten days of car rental, but required us to rent from a place that charges $70 for the lowest value car per day… and 10 days of coverage is not covering 51 days without a car, much less the fact that it appears we will be without the car for another 51 days since the new transmission they replaced the other new one isn’t working either. If anyone at Chrysler cares about the reputation of this car, they should call me at 303-345-3508 and make this right. I’ve had enough and will be escalating significantly including volunteering as a lead plaintiff against Chrysler if I have to.

Amazing Vehicle &Hybrid is the Best Tax Deduction

2021 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Pinnacle 4dr Minivan (3.6L 6cyl gas/electric plug-in hybrid EVT)

We have about 500 miles on the 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Pinnacle and love it! It looks great outside and the interior in the Pinnacle trim is incredible. My wife always said she would never drive a minivan but the Pacifica changed her mind. It is fully electric for 32-35 miles and then turns into a hybrid, so far we are still on the original tank of gas (with no need to fill up any time soon) after two weeks and 500 miles - you couldn't say that about many 7 passenger vehicles. It is not only efficient and interesting being electric but also very comfortable and nice to drive. In the Pinnacle trim level (top trim level) you get more features for a $52-53k msrp than you do in a $70-100k SUV, it has really high end leather, full glass roof, heated & cooled seats & heated steering wheel, rear screens that allow kids to play games with each other, adaptive cruise control, lane assist, parking assist (it can almost drive itself) and pretty much any other feature you could ask for. The only downside to the hybrid version is that you loose the stow and go seats, no rear heated seats, no vacuum and you can't get the larger wheel package. But being fully electric on most trips around town while being able to carry 7 people comfortably makes up for that. With young kids it is so much more practical and easier to get in and out of than a three row SUV. In addition to being a great vehicle for anyone with young kids, it is also a 6,000 pound GVWR so it qualifies for the current 100% bonus depreciation or section 179 depreciation plus being all electric it also qualifies for the $7,500 federal income tax credit. If you use it in your business and can make use of the full $7,500 tax credit it ends up being the greatest bargain on four wheels with a third row of seats on the planet! We needed to buy a new car prior to the end of 2020 to get bonus depreciation and almost ended up buying a Mercedes GLS or Cadillac Escalade ESV, both very nice SUVs but the Pacifica Hybrid Pinnacle is so nice when we found one in the color we wanted on December 31st the Pacifica won over very nice SUVs that cost a lot more.
