Nice car
You will never find a car that is more reliable then this one.I have my car for over five winters and it started with no trouble everyday. And I saw all those other new cars sitting on side of the road and hear i come driving pass them live like i was in some type of suv or something. I have a little front end problems but, can't get no car better then this one. And i love the way it handles.
Good Car, Some Quirks
I just sold this car, bought it with 28K on it, traded it with 78 K on it. Very nice ride and a lot of interior space and trunk space for a car that doesn't look huge. Transmission was rebuilt at 38k miles (warranty), a/c had compressor failure once in the time i owned it, and when I traded it the fuel gauge was inoperable. Leather seats wore a little prematurely possibly. Bought it for 9000 and traded it and they gave me 4000 for it in Sept 2001. I would buy the car again in a heartbeat if it had a warranty still!

VERY COMFORTABLE
FINALLY MY WIFE AND I FOUND A CAR THAT WE BOTH LIKE TO DRIVE. THE SEATS ARE WIDE AND YET VERY SUPPORTIVE. THE CAR IS SO RELAXING TO DRIVE THAT SOMETIMES YOU FORGET THE POWER THAT IS UNDER THE HOOD. THIS IS OUR FIRST CHRYSLER PRODUCT THAT WE HAVE EVER OWNED (BECAUSE OF SOME NEGATIVE STUFF WE HEARD). LET ME ASSURE YOU THAT IT WON'T BE OUR LAST.FOR A 95 MODEL, IT SURE SEEMS TO RESIST CORROSION EVEN HERE IN SALT AND SNOW COUNTRY.
concorde sedan grava chrysler
I had very good luck, rides like when was new. solid car, handles like sports car has touring suspension.like a sturdy handeling car ,one of the best I ever owned.
Unreliability
I've never owned a vehicle with so many problems. Brakes, transmission, computer, sensors....the list goes on. Chrysler is in denial and won't admit to their faults. Would never buy another Chrylser product.
Nice car
Great car. Not the best looking car but sill a great car to drive. Unbelievable in the snow and ice.
A dependable car worth every dime
This is an excellent vehicle for the money and has lasted quite well. Very dependable with regular oil changes and servicing, nothing special. I feel it's the largest mid-size car in it's class by far seating 5 adults with tremendous comfort (much more room than comparable Maxima, Camry, or Accord). I highly recommend it to any car owner looking for comfort, room, reliability, and economy.
Luxurious, but with teeth
The '95 concorde is between a cadilac, and a mustang. The size is right in the middle, the interior is in the middle, and the power and handling are in the middle. If you want a luxury car, without a luxury price this is it. If you want a fast good handling car without the police following you, this is it.
A Real Cruiser
Car is very reliable, only a water pump died at 90k. Currently at 110k, and is too comfortable to trade in. Depreciation is heavy in the early years, so a good buy and hold after its 4th year.
Watch out over 100K
Good car up to about 100K miles. Had numerous nagging and expensive issues starting at 90K miles. Air conditioning issues abound with a very expensive climate control panel failure. Front end problems resulting in numerous repairs but none prohibitively expensive. Car is fun to drive and handles well with more road noise than expected from this size vehicle.
Can't complain
Picked up in 2002 with low mileage and low price. some minor repairs but nothing serious. Solid car safe in bad weather. Transmission problems after 120K miles and climiate control occasionaly a problem
I'd buy one again
I bought this car brand new and had over 123,000 miles on it before someone ran a red light and totaled it. Basically everything still worked except for a dash light here and there. I'm sure it had lots of miles left in it. Reliable, no problem starting in 27 below zero even though it was parked outside. It did have a coolant leak problem that needed fixing on more than one occasion. And I didn't care for the way air hit you in the eyes when the defrost was on (contacts).
great car!
best car i ever owned. had only one problem (air conditioner) in 10 years. loved it- still in the family. still going strong. a real workhorse!
95CONCORD 3.3
Problems with suspension began at 35000 miles and continued. Also, Chrysler disc brakes pitted requiring pre-mature replacement. Chrysler tie-rods are of poor quality. Engine/transmission trouble free at 135,000 miles and body is perfect.
A Timeless Treasure
I bought this car used with uner 18,000 miles and never looked back. I was struck by the sporty design, power and handling. While many styles come and go, it seems the sleak, sporty design holds its own. Of all the cars I have been driven, it is still the most comfortable to drive. I can't seem to let it go. It just seems to have that timeless appeal and durability you can't walk away from. I have kept up the repairs and the paint looks new. My biggest expense has been maintianing the A/C. A few bad placed leaks have been expensive. Also, the A/C has a difficult time keeping up with black dash, dark leather interior and the 95 degree Charlotte NC heat. At 170,000 miles, it runs great!
Reasonable Car
- Good car, especially for long trips. At 100K Miles the engine still purs like new. Only problem was the ignition system malfunctioning and not turning the fuel pump on. Stablilizer Bars and al four shocks had to be replaced at 95 K miles.Air conditioning belt blew at 100K miles.
Spacious Luxury
I find my Concorde to be extremely reliable, spacious interior, luxurious appointments and a plenty big trunk that easily accomodates 2 full sets of golf clubs!
Sweet Ride
This car is so nice. I loved mine while i had it, Roomy, good sound, very comfortable on long drives and just jaunting around town
A Car to Grow Old With
Excellent car with all the creature comforts. I have the LXi (3.5l, leather, etc...). Smooth ride, easy handling, loads of room, a joy to drive! A little noisy in the cabin, but not bad.
A Fine automobile to drive
We have enjoyed this automobile and it has been very reasonable to own. This is a plus in todays costs for repairs.

numerous problems with brakes
purchased from a so called reputable dealer, Herbee Dodge. Have had trouble with the brakes three times. Their response I don't know how to operate ABS, car was under a warranty they refused to lookinto matter seriously. research has shown me this car is known for many brake problems. Dealer denies any knowledge.
Buy a Lincoln TownCar instead
I bought a ‘95 back in 2000 for $14,500.00 with only 50k kms on it from a mature lady. It served me well for 3-5 years but soon after I had problems all over. 1) The steering column was off and had the steering alignment done several times and was never corrected. 2) Weather stripping for the doors were horrible as they were coming apart. 3) The computer needed replacement but Chrysler didn’t want to get me one. 4) It wouldn’t start in winter. 5) When going for a couple hour drive with 3 passengers and some luggage the engine would overheat which is ridiculous for a V6 166 horsepower engine. 6) Exterior decals/styling parts would start to fall off. 7) Prone to rusting even though I wash it every week. That’s just about it for mechanical problems. It’s crazy now that I think about it that a V6 mid-size car has the same fuel consumption as a V8 full-size Lincoln TownCar that I recently bought and the Lincoln is a ‘07 model! In-line 6 and V8 engine’s last longer than V6 engine’s anyway. The interior material is horrible for the price I paid for. I never stalled with a Chrysler Concorde but not starting in winter was a big inconvenience for me. There was a big lag of acceleration even while on the hwy as well as from a start. I liked how the front end was longer than most at the time, good for crush space. It had a moderate sized trunk. It didn’t have any struts when I bought it but put one in a year or two prior to selling. Every car should have struts for the front hood. Their cheap at a Auto Wrecker. I’ll never buy a Chrysler or even anything GM related again. Bad product.

Pleasures and disappointments
Very good until end of warrenty. I moved and do not like dealer in the area I moved to. The original dealer was very good. I believe the new dealer took me for a new transmission.
Great Ride-Poor Reliability
Great ride. Mechanically unrealiable- transmission rebuilt 3 times (2 under warranty). Air Conditioner evaporater replaced twice (once under warranty). Water Pump replaced. In last 12 months spent over $4000.00 in mechanical repairs.
excellent
I have enjoyed driving this vehicle.
Used car Concorde
Transmission problems at 97,000. Rebuilt transmission at 98,000. Water pump replaced 95,000. Struts need replacing Gas mileage, about 17 mpg. Recommended fuel, mid grade 89 octane. Rear bumper paint fading, exposing prime.
I Fly the Concorde Daily
This has been my best car, yet! Sporty, yet luxurious, with very comfy seats. She is beginning to rust a bit and a family member offered to buy me another car. I said "Nooo, I like my car, she's very comfy." Then they pursued the topic, and I answered back "She just needs a paint job".
