Brake noises
Recently purchase brand new. Have drove it for less than 1000 miles on it and brakes have an issue. Brakes have a grinding noise throughout the drive. Sound louder at first then once brakes heat up it sound less but you can hear and feel it at mid to higher speed brakes. I brought it to my local dealership who told me "GM is aware of the issue but have not found a solution for the problem. 2020 models have the same issue and GM has not found a solution yet." If I knew this before I purchased this vehicle, I wouldn't have purchased it.

Family Vehicle
Test drove all the competition and the 2021 Chevy Traverse RS model had the best interior room. The drive is smooth and it is one of the faster vehicles in its class. I am able to tow up to 5,000 pounds which suits my families needs just fine. The biggest complaint from professional reviews criticizes the quality of the interior but I have no idea what their complaints are about. I found nothing superior in the Hyundai or Kia inside. I strongly recommend the all weather mats for the interior so you will never have to worry about the kids or dog getting things dirty. You just pull out the mats and hose them off. Skiing and snowboarding is a breeze with the AWD. No this is not an off-road vehicle like Jeep or 4-runner but it will get you around 99.9% of the places most families would adventure too. So far I have had this for 15,000 miles and average about 19 mpg. There have been no mechanical issues and the infotainment center has worked great with some minor issues. The wifi Hotspot you can pay for through onStar does not work great but that is because it goes through AT&T, which isn't great where I live. The biggest weakness I have experienced with this vehicle is the blindspot, however the RS model comes with a side mirror that lights up when there is a car in your blind spot. Overall, this is the best family midsized SUV that I have found.

Outstanding SUV !!!!
Just got our new 2021 Chevy Traverse. My Traverse is far superior to medium SUVs made by foreign companies. Envisioned, designed, and engineered in Detroit the Traverse was then assembled in Lansing. This vehicle is an American model that surpasses its competitors with a great price and impressive mileage. This is an awesome vehicle - you have to check this beauty out.
