Used 2003 Chevrolet Suburban Consumer Reviews
Its Perfect
Its roomy, quite comfortable, rides great, great fit and finnish. Should I go on! This is my second Suburban in 2 years. My first a 2000 LS was traded in only because I wanted to get out of my lease. I had absolutely no problems with it. However, my 2002 seems "tighter". The 02 was manufactured in Wisconsin and the 2000 was out of Mexico. Shouldn't be any difference but I do notice subtle differences.
Love it - hate it
Bought the car because of what it offers -- cargo capacity with ample room left over in the trunk, which I couldn't find in other comparable vehicles. Not impressed with the quality. Have had 2 transmissions (within 20,000 miles). Still having problems. Other minor irritations exist. It's a great driving car for long drives and we have enjoyed it for that reason alone and piling up the tents, coolers, baseball gear, kids, etc. Strictly for that, I stick with the car and do like it's styling. It's a macho machine. I just wish our ownership experience didn't include so many trips to the dealership!
