Powerful for a little truck but dashboard issues

I have complained to the dealer about the dashboard lights and they replaced something they said but 1.5 years later same thing some lights when out and are still out but of course I am out of warranty and they said i would have to pay to get fixed. Also the power of the a/cand heater is not strong. It has to be on full blast.

So far so good

Plenty of power in this truck. The Z71 seems to ride a bit stiff but that is due to the off-road package I’m assuming. Good radio with Bose speakers. Back seats a bit tiny and I don’t like not having any under back seat storage. Drives easy and it’s comfortable. It does shift extremely hard from out of 1st into 2nd gear but the rest of the shifting seems to be okay. 90,000 on this truck when purchased. We are older and dont drive the miles like we used to, so hoping this truck will work out for us.

GM does not service high mileage vehicles

Victor a, 03/20/2024

I bought a 2016 Chevy Colorado used, the Carfax showed it had one owner and he kept it immaculately good condition, the only problem with it was the mileage was high. It had 226,000 miles on it, it did ran perfectly fine, so I decided to prevent future problems I was gonna change the transmission fluid, like most auto makers don’t put a transmission dipstick anymore, which is really stupid so I decided to get the transmission oil/filter change at Genesis Chevrolet in Eastpointe, Michigan, they refused to service my vehicle because it they said it has too many miles , so I called GM and made a complaint and of course customer service at GM stuck up for the dealerships saying that they’re franchise they could do whatever they want, my next vehicle will be Toyota Tacoma at least they’ll service it no matter how many miles are in it, good job GM

Good truck with caveats

This is a reliable truck. The AC works great. The WT is not fancy, but its functional. MyChevy software is pretty annoying sometimes and not the easiest to fix when it acts up. The cabin has very loud road noise on the highway.
