What Is It?
2015 Nissan Juke

What's New About This Model?
The 2015 Nissan Juke hatchback gets a minor exterior redo and new standard equipment, including Nissan Intelligent Key with push-button start, a rearview camera and Bluetooth.

Three new exterior colors are added, including Solar Yellow and Cosmic Blue.

Personalization is highlighted for the new model year with the debut of the Juke Color Studio, which features "color packs" that can change the look of the vehicle. They are available through Nissan dealers at the time of purchase or can be retrofitted at a later date.

When Does It Go on Sale?
The 2015 Nissan Juke arrives at dealerships on November 20.

How Much Does It Cost?
The 2015 Juke starts at $21,075. The top-of-the-line 2015 Juke Nismo RS with all-wheel drive starts at $30,845.

What Kinds of Engines and Transmissions Does It Have?

  • 1.6-liter turbocharged inline four-cylinder engine — 188 horsepower, 177 pound-feet of torque
  • Continuously variable transmission (CVT)
  • Front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive
  • Estimated fuel economy: 28 mpg city/32 mpg highway (FWD), 26 mpg city/31 mpg highway (AWD)

What Unique Features Does It Offer?
The Juke Color Studio allows buyers to customize the Juke from the dealer's lot. Twelve Nissan Accessory items in a range of eight colors are available through Nissan dealers. The color packs include Red, Yellow, Orange, Electric Blue, Black Purple, White, Matte Black and Carbon-Fiber Look. Piano Black can be ordered for interior inserts. Customers can mix or match color combinations. Parts include front and rear bumper accents, a rear roof spoiler and side door sills.

The cost of the accessories can be added into the purchase price of the Juke or lease costs and rolled into the payment.

What Models Will It Compete Against?
Hyundai Veloster: The Veloster enters the fray with standout styling that includes asymmetrical doors. The 2015 Veloster Re:Flex Edition adds some extra oomph with an exclusive Ice Pearl exterior paint treatment and 18-inch wheels.

Kia Soul: Like the Juke, the 2015 Soul has a playful color palette that includes such Soul-exclusive exterior colors as Solar Yellow and Inferno Red. New for 2015 on the Exclaim model is an optional interior Umber Color package that is available with either the Fathom Blue or Cloud White exterior colors.

Scion xB: The Scion xB has been the king of customization in this class, offering buyers everything from carbon-fiber window trim to Toyota Racing Development accessories ranging from a TRD oil cap to lowering springs.

Should You Wait for It?
No need to wait because the 2015 Juke is on sale now. The only question is whether you want to jump on the Juke customization bandwagon and what color combinations reflect your personality.
