Acura

Acura is an upscale Japanese automaker known for offering vehicles with impressive levels of luxury, features and performance. Parent company Honda introduced the Acura brand to the U.S. market in 1986 to create a separate luxury division for its vehicles. It's come a long way since then. Notable Acura models today include sedans such as the Integra and TLX and SUVs like the compact RDX and the midsize MDX, plus an all-electric SUV called the ZDX. While nearly every Acura today has a three-letter name, some of the brand's earliest models started with unique names such as Legend, Vigor and Integra. The automaker has a sporty history too. It built two generations of the legendary NSX sports car and currently offers several performance variants of its vehicles, which are noted by the "Type S" descriptor. In 2025, Acura will debut an all-new ADX model, which is expected to be a compact crossover SUV.
