BEST TRUCK EVER BUILT...I SHOULD KNOW
I own a landscape company among other things, a used car lot as well. And I am here to tell all of you future Tundra buyers the true skinny on this masterpiece. Best truck I've ever owned, by far, not even close. GMC Sierra second but far down the list from Tundra. This is such a good truck and resale so strong that I am selling my 2007 SR5 double cab 4x4 with some damage on the rear fender and tailgate, 230K miles, for a strong price and am having seller's remorse because I can't find comparable Tundra for the money. These things hold their value like no other. And this truck with all the miles runs like a truck with 80K on the odometer. Smooth as silk, no real money problems all 7 years I've owned. I'm not even looking at other trucks. I will own a Tundra forever. In fact, if all you are shopping with is high mile Tundra money, don't worry. These with the 5.7 V8 especially, go for hundreds and hundreds of thousands of miles without a hitch. The guy who is buying my 230K truck already has a Tundra with 400K on it!

Too many miles
The tundra is a blast to drive and always a eye catcher. I have only had one problem and that was the recall on the drive shaft. I get a 17.5 mpg on the average and 13 when I haul the 8900lb trailer. Still beats my dodge I would recommend this truck to anyone.

Best buy for the buck
Almost bought another truck but gave the Tundra the once over. Spent more then planed, but after considering all others, there was no real choice. If your going to spend your hard earned buck, the Tundra beats others in many ways. MPG is great as I get 19.2 with mine, I only got 22.1 with my 4 cyl. The draw back is that my wife now wants to drive it all the time annd wants me to drive the van. Yuk!
Work Hard/ Play Hard
I have always driven Fords for work and play, but that just changed. This truck has more power, more tow capacity, the interior looks better, more room, plenty of storage inside cab for papers, cards, files, drinks (on the door also), turns better, and is just more fun to drive. I have driven just about every Ford truck there is up to 850s (work). This truck compares to the F250 5.4L Lariat in my book. I also love to race and this truck has it there, well for being full size!! We will see how it lasts and pretty quick. Almost ready for first oil change in about 1 1/2 months.
2007 Tundra
It is a great truck. The 5.7L engine is incredible. Ride is very smooth and comfortable. Gas mileage is low, but that is the price you pay for a V8. Quality is high both inside and out. The only thing to say about the inside is the console is TOO big. Why not make the seats a little bigger instead. But everything is within reach and storage is massive.
